Fits devices using OEM part number 2ICP11/24/38, a direct swap for original lithium-polymer packs.
7.4V at 460mAh delivers 3.4Wh — adequate for small portable electronics requiring extended cordless runtime between charges.
Connector type and locking tab match OEM housing; physical dimensions are 40.40 x 23.80 x 11.00mm for correct slot fit.
We bench-tested the BMS on first charge; voltage stabilized at rated 7.4V after initial conditioning, no cutoff anomalies.
After installation, run one full charge-discharge cycle before relying on any fuel gauge reading — the pack's integrated monitoring needs calibration against actual cell behavior.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Packs 2ICP11/24/38 — 7.4V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 7.4V, 460mAh (3.4Wh) lithium-polymer battery pack built to the 2ICP11/24/38 specification. It replaces depleted OEM packs in compact portable electronics that use this cell configuration. Physical dimensions are 40.40 × 23.80 × 11.00mm — confirm these against your original pack before ordering.

  • 2ICP11/24/38 cell format: This designation describes two cells in series, each approximately 11mm × 24mm × 38mm. Devices specifying this format require that exact footprint and series configuration to fit the battery bay and meet the voltage rail the host circuit expects.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the bench. The BMS held cutoff at the correct thresholds and the cell voltages balanced within expected tolerance across both cells under load.
  • First-cycle calibration for fuel-gauge devices: If your device shows a capacity indicator or percentage readout, run one full charge-to-discharge cycle after installing. Integrated fuel gauges reference stored cell history — a calibration cycle resets that baseline against the new cells so the readout tracks accurately.

Pack not accepted by device after swap

Some devices run a voltage range check or BMS handshake before allowing operation. A freshly shipped lithium-polymer pack sits at storage voltage — typically 3.7–3.8V per cell, around 7.4–7.6V combined — which can fall outside what the host circuit expects at power-on. The fix is straightforward: connect the pack to a charger before attempting to power the device. Once the cells reach approximately 8.0V or higher, most host circuits will accept the pack and resume normal operation.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

On the first charge of new lithium-polymer cells, the charge IC often applies a reduced current during the initial conditioning phase. This can make the pack appear to stop short of a full charge or terminate earlier than expected. This is not a fault — it clears after one complete charge-discharge cycle. Run the device until it signals low battery, then charge fully to 8.4V before relying on the pack for normal use.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device powers on for a second then shuts off immediately after fitting this pack — what's happening?

This is almost always a low-voltage rejection at the host circuit. The pack ships at storage voltage, and some devices cut power if the battery reads below their minimum threshold at startup. Charge the pack fully before powering the device on — once it reaches 8.4V, the host circuit should hold the connection and stay on normally.

The pack feels warm during the first charge — is that a problem?

Mild warmth during the first charge cycle is normal for lithium-polymer cells undergoing initial conditioning. The cells generate a small amount of heat as the charge IC steps through constant-current and constant-voltage phases. If the pack becomes hot to the touch or the charger cuts out early and won't restart, disconnect and inspect for swelling. For normal warmth, let the cycle complete fully to 8.4V.

My device's battery percentage jumps around erratically after swapping this pack in — how do I fix it?

The fuel gauge IC in the device still holds calibration data from the old cells, so it maps the new cells incorrectly and produces unstable readings. Run one full charge-discharge cycle — charge to 8.4V, use the device until it shuts down on low battery, then charge fully again. That single cycle gives the fuel gauge enough data to recalibrate against the new cell capacity, and the percentage readout should stabilise from that point.
