Returns for a Refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item for a refund, it must be received by us within 30 days from the date you received your order.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid and in perfect condition.
- Original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- If the original packaging is damaged, a $9.50 repacking fee will apply.
- We do not accept partial returns — all items must be returned together.
- Please include the original packing slip and ensure the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is visible on the outer packaging (not the battery itself).
All returned items are inspected on receipt. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Note: Net 30 account orders are subject to restocking fees and do not qualify for refund of shipping charges.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. If your return is lost or damaged in transit, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier.
Returns After 30 Days
Due to the time-sensitive nature of our products, we adhere strictly to our 30-day return policy. Returns received after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.
Defective Items
We accept returns for defective items within the first 30 days. After 30 days, returns may be eligible for a store credit, exchange, or repair at our discretion.
After 60 days, items are covered under our standard 12-month warranty. Warranty replacements will only be issued for the same item unless the product has been discontinued. All return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Our warranty does not cover batteries that are overcharged, undercharged, allowed to fully discharge for extended periods, or damaged due to misuse or modification. Stickers or tamper-proof seals must remain intact. (New batteries must be fully charged on receipt as they are shipped with a maximum of 20% charge due to transport regulations).
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us at 1-647-937-4317 within 24 hours for a carrier inspection and pickup.
Refusing Packages
Refusing a shipment will result in return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund. It’s best to accept the package and contact us to begin the return process.
International customers: Refusing delivery does not void brokerage fees. These fees, along with round-trip shipping, will be deducted from your refund.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? We can only cancel orders that are still on hold. Orders already processed must go through the return process. Cancellations must be requested by phone or live chat — emails and voicemails may not be reviewed in time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
For packages lost in transit, we must follow the shipping carrier’s trace procedure. A formal trace may take up to 14 business days. If the package is not located during that time, we can reship your order.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance items may only be returned if they are defective. Defective clearance items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. An approved RMA is required before returning any item. Each RMA is valid for one product and is good for 5 business days only.
We cannot guarantee replacements for clearance items due to limited stock.
