Fits Siemens Gigaset SL930, SL930A, and SL930h handsets; replaces OEM part V30145-K1310-X456.
3.7V lithium-ion cell rated 1300mAh delivers full talk and standby time on DECT network calls.
Battery slides into the handset compartment with a single locking tab; connector is proprietary contact strip.
We bench tested this pack against the original OEM unit; BMS accepted charge from standard Gigaset base stations without fault codes.
After installing, place the handset in the base for a full 16-hour charge before first use; lithium-ion cordless handsets reach rated capacity only after this initial slow charge cycle.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Siemens Gigaset SL930 Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (V30145-K1310-X456)

This is a 3.7V, 1300mAh Li-ion battery for the Siemens Gigaset SL930, SL930A, and SL930h cordless DECT handsets. It replaces OEM part V30145-K1310-X456. Fit the battery, seat the handset in the base, and the charging circuit picks up where the original left off.

  • SL930, SL930A, SL930h coverage: All three handset variants share the same battery bay dimensions, 3.7V Li-ion chemistry requirement, and connector orientation — one part number covers the group without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery through the SL930's charging circuit and confirmed the BMS accepted the charge handshake without fault codes. Voltage held stable across standby and active DECT transmission loads.
  • First-charge placement after install: Li-ion cells ship at partial state of charge. After fitting this battery, seat the handset in the base and leave it undisturbed until the charging indicator clears — typically a full charge cycle. Removing it early interrupts the initial capacity calibration the handset firmware runs on first charge.

Talk time shorter than original battery after replacement

A freshly installed Li-ion cell often delivers less usable capacity on the first few cycles — this is normal. The handset's power management firmware recalibrates its fuel gauge against the new cell's actual charge curve over two to three full cycles. If talk time is still noticeably short after five complete charge and discharge cycles, check that the battery contacts on both the handset and the battery are clean and making full contact. A partial contact raises internal resistance and reduces usable voltage before the cell is actually depleted.

Handset not pairing with base after battery swap

Removing the battery from a DECT handset cuts all power to the pairing memory on some SL930 variants. When power is restored, the handset may not re-associate with the base automatically. To re-pair, press and hold the registration button on the base station until the indicator flashes, then initiate registration from the handset menu under Settings. The process takes under two minutes and does not affect contacts stored on the base or a connected SIM.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Gigaset SL930 base station is showing a charging error light after I fitted the new battery — what's wrong?

The base station checks the incoming voltage from the handset battery before it starts a charge cycle. If the replacement cell shipped at a very low state of charge, the base may read it as a fault rather than a flat battery. Remove the handset, leave it out for 30 seconds, then reseat it firmly — full contact on all three charge pins is required. If the error clears within a minute of reseating, the cycle will proceed normally.

The SL930 handset's range seems shorter since I replaced the battery — is the new battery causing that?

DECT transmit power on the SL930 is tied directly to supply voltage from the battery. When a new Li-ion cell has slightly elevated internal resistance in its first few cycles, voltage sags under the RF transmission load, and the handset pulls back its signal strength to compensate. Run three to five full charge and discharge cycles — internal resistance drops as the cell breaks in, and transmit voltage stabilises. If range is still reduced after five cycles, check that the battery connector is fully seated, as a loose fit raises resistance further.

The SL930 battery drains completely overnight even when the handset is sitting in the base — why?

This points to the handset not making proper contact with the base charging pins rather than a battery fault. When the handset sits slightly off-centre or the base pins are oxidised, the charge circuit never activates and the battery continues to self-discharge through standby draw. Clean the three gold pins on the base with a dry cotton swab, reseat the handset until you feel it click into position, and confirm the charging indicator lights within 10 seconds of placement.
