Fits AUTOKEYSPROTOOL CK-100 diagnostic scanner, replaces OEM part 755060PVT.
3.7V 2900mAh Li-Polymer cell restores full scan cycles on the handheld unit.
Connector seats into the battery slot with a single locking tab oriented toward the device back panel.
We bench-tested this cell on the CK-100 platform; BMS accepted the pack on first insertion with no fault codes.
Export all saved vehicle profiles to your PC before disconnecting the battery — RAM storage on this scanner loses all data when power cuts.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

AUTOKEYSPROTOOL CK-100 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (755060PVT)

This 3.7V 2900mAh Li-Polymer battery replaces the original 755060PVT cell in the AUTOKEYSPROTOOL CK-100 automotive diagnostic scanner. The CK-100 is a handheld device used for vehicle key programming and diagnostic sessions. This replacement restores full power capacity when the original cell degrades or fails.

  • CK-100 fit confirmed: The CK-100 uses a single-cell Li-Polymer pack with a specific BMS handshake tied to the 755060PVT form factor. The 62.50 × 50.00 × 8.00mm cell seats directly into the original battery bay without modification. The BMS communicates charge state to the scanner's firmware over the same connector pinout as the factory cell.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the CK-100 platform and confirmed BMS recognition, stable voltage delivery during active OBD communication, and correct charge termination at full capacity.
  • Data export before swap: Export all saved vehicle profiles and session logs before removing the original battery. Vehicle data on the CK-100 is stored in RAM backed by the main cell — once power drops completely, that data is gone and cannot be recovered from the battery itself.

BMS boot threshold on the CK-100 after a new cell install

Li-Polymer cells ship at a storage charge of around 30–50%, which sits below the CK-100's minimum boot voltage in some firmware versions. The scanner's BMS checks cell voltage before enabling the power rail to the main board. If the cell voltage is too low, the unit appears completely dead — no screen, no response. Connect the CK-100 to its charger for at least 20–30 minutes before pressing power on a freshly installed cell.

Wireless connection dropping mid-diagnostic session

The CK-100's Bluetooth or wireless module draws a short current spike when maintaining an active vehicle link. As the battery ages and internal resistance rises, the cell voltage sags under that load — enough for the wireless subsystem to drop out even when the battery indicator still shows charge. If sessions disconnect repeatedly while battery shows mid-range, the original cell has degraded beyond usable capacity. A fresh 755060PVT cell eliminates the voltage sag — confirm the replacement reads 3.7V nominal under load before closing the case.

Frequently Asked Questions

My CK-100 won't turn on after fitting the new battery — is the cell dead out of the box?

Almost certainly not. Li-Polymer cells ship at partial storage charge, and the CK-100's BMS requires the cell to reach a minimum voltage before it enables the main power rail. Plug the scanner into its charger for 20–30 minutes before pressing the power button. If the charge LED activates, the cell is live and the unit will boot once voltage climbs above the boot threshold — typically around 3.5V.

Will I lose my saved vehicle profiles when I swap the battery?

Yes, if the cell drops to zero before you transfer your data. The CK-100 stores vehicle profiles and session history in RAM that is powered directly by the main battery — there is no separate coin cell or capacitor backup on this platform. Before pulling the old battery, export all profiles to a PC or USB storage through the scanner's export function. Once the cell is fully discharged, that data cannot be retrieved.

The screen on my CK-100 dims and flickers before the battery indicator shows low — what's causing that?

The display driver on the CK-100 is voltage-sensitive and responds to sag before the battery gauge circuit does. When an aged cell's internal resistance rises, voltage dips under display load even though the fuel gauge still reads mid-level. The gauge measures state of charge, not real-time voltage under load — so the screen reacts first. Fitting a fresh 755060PVT cell with low internal resistance eliminates the sag; confirm open-circuit voltage reads at least 3.7V before installing.
