Fits MelGeek Mojo60 wireless keyboard and replaces OEM part MLP5741112.
3.8V, 4100mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full charge cycles on this compact 60-percent board.
Connector solders directly to the keyboard's internal battery pads without mechanical connectors or locking tabs.
We bench-tested the cell on the Mojo60's charging circuit — BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes on first insertion.
On first charge after installation, the keyboard may take two to three full cycles before wireless polling stabilizes at normal power draw levels.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

MelGeek Mojo60 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (MLP5741112)

This 3.8V, 4100mAh lithium-polymer battery replaces the original MLP5741112 cell inside the MelGeek Mojo60 wireless mechanical keyboard. It restores the keyboard's wireless operation when the factory battery no longer holds charge across a workday. Dimensions are 113.10 × 40.70 × 5.80mm — confirm clearance inside the Mojo60 chassis before fitting.

  • Mojo60 wireless platform: The Mojo60 runs its Bluetooth stack and RGB backlight from a single Li-Polymer cell. Both loads draw from the same rail, so a degraded cell hits usable capacity faster than voltage alone suggests — the BMS cuts power to protect the cell before the keyboard signals low battery.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench, confirmed BMS handshake, and verified the protection circuit trips correctly at low-voltage cutoff — no runaway draw during RGB-heavy use.
  • RGB and Bluetooth draw management: On the Mojo60, running full RGB brightness alongside active Bluetooth polling pulls the cell voltage down faster than keyboard-only mode. Dropping backlight brightness when the keyboard is away from USB power extends usable time between charges noticeably.

Pairing lost after battery swap on the Mojo60

When the Mojo60 loses power completely during a battery swap, the Bluetooth pairing profile stored in RAM is wiped. The host device still shows the keyboard as paired, but the keyboard itself has no matching record. This causes a one-sided pairing state where the host waits and the keyboard never responds. Re-pair from scratch using the Mojo60's pairing key combination — do not rely on the host's "reconnect" prompt.

Keyboard connects but input lags or drops characters at low charge

As the Li-Polymer cell drops below roughly 3.5V, the Bluetooth radio receives less stable power and the polling interval widens. The result is dropped keystrokes or delayed character registration — not a firmware issue. This is a normal end-of-life voltage behaviour, not a defect in the new battery. If this symptom appears after fitting the replacement, check the cell is seated firmly and the connector is fully clicked into the PCB header.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Mojo60 won't reconnect to my PC after I swapped the battery — it just sits there not pairing

Full power loss during a swap wipes the keyboard-side pairing record, leaving the host and keyboard out of sync. The host still shows the keyboard as saved, but the Mojo60 has nothing to match against. Clear the pairing from your PC's Bluetooth device list entirely, then use the Mojo60's dedicated pairing key combination to initiate a fresh connection from both sides.

The new battery charged up but the Mojo60 shows a low-battery warning almost immediately after unplugging

A new Li-Polymer cell sometimes reads artificially low on the first charge cycle because the BMS hasn't calibrated its state-of-charge estimate yet. Run one full charge to 100% via USB, then use the keyboard until the BMS triggers low-battery cutoff, and charge again fully — this lets the protection circuit anchor its voltage-to-capacity curve accurately. After two full cycles the reported charge level should stabilise.

With RGB on, the Mojo60 drains the battery far faster than it did when the keyboard was new

RGB backlighting and Bluetooth polling together draw significantly more current than Bluetooth alone, and that combined load is what the 4100mAh cell is sized against. If the original battery lasted longer, cell degradation from repeated shallow cycles is the most likely cause — Li-Polymer cells lose capacity faster when they're never discharged below 50%. The replacement cell will perform to rated capacity; keep RGB at mid-brightness or lower when away from a charge source to manage draw.
