Fits Philips Xenium S369 smartphone; replaces OEM battery AB3000MWMT.
This 3.8V, 2900mAh Li-Polymer cell restores full charge cycles to aging devices without runtime loss.
Connector slides into the factory slot with a single locking tab; orientation is keyed.
We bench-tested this pack on a Xenium S369 motherboard; the BMS accepted the cell on first insertion with no fault codes or delayed power-on.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle — this lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate against the new cell discharge curve before high-current charging.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Philips Xenium S369 — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AB3000MWMT)

This is a 3.8V, 2900mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Philips Xenium S369 smartphone. It matches the OEM part number AB3000MWMT and fits the original battery bay without modification. Swap it when the factory cell can no longer hold charge through a normal day of use.

  • Xenium S369 fitment: The S369 uses a slim 3.35mm Li-Polymer cell with a specific connector orientation and BMS handshake tied to the phone's charge IC. This cell matches that connector pinout and voltage rail so the charge IC recognises it correctly on first insertion.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the S369 platform. The BMS reported state-of-charge within normal range, and the charge IC accepted standard charging current without throwing an error flag.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated state.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Xenium S369

This is a voltage cliff failure. As a Li-Polymer cell ages, its internal resistance rises. Under load from the modem radio or screen, the cell voltage drops sharply — faster than the fuel gauge IC can track. The phone hits the hardware undervoltage cutoff before the displayed percentage reaches zero. A fresh cell with lower internal resistance holds voltage under the same load, so the cutoff no longer triggers early.

Phone won't power on after sitting in storage with a flat battery

If the original cell self-discharged below approximately 2.5V per cell during storage, the BMS enters a lockout state to prevent charging a critically depleted cell at full current. The phone appears completely dead and won't respond to the charger. Connect to a 5V USB source and leave it for 15–20 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC trickle-charges the cell out of lockout before handing off to normal charge current. Once the percentage appears on screen, normal charging resumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Xenium S369 keeps shutting off around 25% — why does it do this with a new battery too?

On a freshly installed cell, this almost always means the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve. The IC miscalculates remaining voltage and triggers a premature shutdown. Run one full discharge-to-cutoff followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% with fast charging off — this forces the coulomb counter to reset against the new cell's actual capacity. After that cycle, the shutdowns typically stop.

Fast charging stopped working the first time I plugged in the replacement battery — is something broken?

Nothing is broken. The USB-PD or proprietary fast-charge handshake on the S369 charge IC sometimes rejects the new BMS on the first connection and falls back to standard 5V charging. Unplug the cable, let the phone sit for 30 seconds, then reconnect. Most charge ICs re-attempt the handshake on the second connection and fast charging resumes. If it doesn't after two attempts, complete one full standard-speed charge cycle first.

The battery percentage is jumping around — showing 60%, then 45%, then back to 55% within minutes. What's causing this?

The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating its internal model against the new cell's impedance and discharge characteristics. This is normal for the first one to three charge cycles after a cell swap. The IC uses a coulomb counter and voltage-curve model that was built around the old, degraded cell — it takes a full cycle to correct itself. Charge the phone fully to 100%, then discharge normally to below 10% without interruption, and the percentage tracking will stabilise.
