Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

SVP Nokia 3 AGG-052 / 600 / 700 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (BBA-07)
This is a 3.7V, 550mAh Li-ion cell built to the BBA-07 specification. It fits the Nokia 3 AGG-052, 600, 700, AGG-02, and 12 additional models that share the same battery bay and connector pinout. Capacity figure is 550mAh (2.04Wh) as rated — use that number when comparing against your original.
- Nokia 3 / 600 / 700 series compatibility: These models share a common 3.7V single-cell architecture, the same BBA-07 footprint, and an identical BMS handshake protocol with the phone's charge IC. A cell swap across this group requires no wiring or adapter changes.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on a Nokia 600. The BMS communicated cleanly with the charge IC on the first cycle, with no cutoff events or handshake failures recorded.
- Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-to-charge cycle with fast charging disabled. This gives the fuel gauge IC time to map the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging is applied to an uncalibrated cell.
Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Nokia 600 and 700
This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity issue. Under peak load — modem radio, screen backlight, or active data — a fresh replacement cell can see a sharp voltage drop that the PMIC reads as critically low, triggering an immediate shutdown even when the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. This usually happens within the first three cycles before the coulomb counter has enough data to model the cell accurately. After two to three full discharge-charge cycles the shutdown threshold tracking stabilises. If it persists past cycle five, check that the cell connector is fully seated — a high-resistance contact amplifies the voltage sag under load.
Phone will not power on after the battery sat in storage
Li-ion cells shipped or stored for several months can drop below 2.5V per cell, which triggers a BMS lockout to prevent damage. The phone shows nothing on screen — no charging animation, no vibration. Connect the phone to a wall charger rather than a PC port; wall chargers supply enough current to wake a locked-out BMS where USB ports often cannot. Leave it connected for 15–20 minutes without pressing any buttons. Once the cell climbs above 3.0V the BMS releases and the charging animation should appear.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Nokia 600 shows 25% battery and then just dies — why does this keep happening with the new cell?
The fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve, so it misreads the voltage cliff on the new cell. Under modem or screen load, voltage drops sharply below the PMIC shutdown threshold before the displayed percentage reaches zero. Run two full discharge-charge cycles with the screen on and mobile data active — this gives the coulomb counter enough data to re-map the cutoff point accurately. After that the shutdowns should stop.
The percentage is jumping around — it goes from 60% down to 40% and then back up without charging.
This is the fuel gauge IC recalibrating against the new cell. The old calibration data does not match the new cell's impedance or discharge curve, so the reported percentage oscillates until the IC gathers enough cycle data to update its model. One full uninterrupted discharge-to-zero followed by a full charge to 100% resets the calibration baseline. After that single cycle the percentage readout on most Nokia devices in this range stabilises.
Fast charging stopped working after I put in the replacement battery — my charger used to charge the phone quickly but now it's slow.
On the first cycle after a cell swap, the charge IC on some Nokia models defaults to a conservative constant-current rate until it has verified the new BMS handshake is stable. This is normal and not a fault with the cell. Charge the phone fully once at the slow rate, then disconnect and reconnect your fast charger — the charge IC re-negotiates the protocol on the second connection. If fast charging still does not engage, confirm you are using a wall adapter rated at 1A or above, not a low-current USB port.
