Fits Honor Watch Fit MUS-B19 and replaces OEM battery HB522628EFW.
3.87V, 460mAh Li-Polymer cell powers activity tracking, heart rate monitoring, and all-day notifications.
Connector is a flat two-pin magnetic contact pad; alignment matters during reassembly on the watch main board.
We charged this cell in an Honor dock simulator — BMS accepted full voltage immediately, fuel gauge calibrated clean.
After fitting the new cell, place the watch on its charger and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge IC cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Honor MUS-B19 / GS3 / GS Pro — 3.87V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (HB522628EFW)

This is a 3.87V, 460mAh Li-Polymer cell for the Honor Watch Fit (MUS-B19), GS3, and GS Pro smartwatches. It replaces the original HB522628EFW battery when the existing cell no longer holds charge or powers the watch through the day. Voltage and capacity match the OEM specification exactly.

  • MUS-B19, GS3, and GS Pro compatibility: These three models share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — all three accept the HB522628EFW cell without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the MUS-B19 platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without throwing a fault, and the fuel gauge IC updated state-of-charge correctly across a full cycle.
  • Fuel gauge calibration after swap: Place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately after fitting this cell and charge to 100% before first use. The fuel gauge IC on these watches loses its reference point when the cell is disconnected — it cannot report accurate charge percentage until it completes one full charge cycle from near-zero.

Why the Honor Watch Fit shows 0% immediately after a battery swap

The GS3 and MUS-B19 platforms use a coulomb-counting fuel gauge IC that tracks charge by measuring current in and out of the cell. When you remove the old battery, that counter resets to zero and has no reference for the new cell's state. The watch then reports 0% — or shuts off — because the IC has no data to work from. Placing the watch on charge immediately after the swap and running it to full resolves this. After one complete charge cycle, the gauge recalibrates and percentage readings stabilise.

Watch not pairing with the Honor app after battery replacement

Removing the battery terminates the active BLE session between the watch and your phone. The phone retains the old pairing record, but the watch starts fresh with no session data — the two devices no longer recognise each other automatically. On the phone, go to Bluetooth settings, forget the watch entirely, then open the Honor Health app and run a new pairing from scratch. Do not attempt to reconnect through the Bluetooth menu alone; pairing must be initiated through the app to re-establish the full health-data link.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Honor Watch Fit battery drains completely in a single day now — is the new cell defective?

A new cell on the MUS-B19 platform often reads inaccurately for the first few cycles because the fuel gauge IC hasn't calibrated yet. Always-on display combined with continuous heart rate monitoring draws steady current that can look like abnormal drain before calibration completes. Run two or three full charge-to-discharge cycles first. If drain remains excessive after three cycles with always-on display and continuous HR turned off, the cell may have a fault — but calibrate before drawing that conclusion.

The magnetic charger isn't making contact after I reassembled the watch — the charging icon never appears.

This usually means the internal charge port or battery connector shifted slightly during reassembly, pushing the watch body out of true alignment with the magnetic puck. Remove the charger, press the watch back firmly onto it, and rotate it slightly until the icon appears. If it still won't connect, open the case and check that the battery ribbon connector is fully seated — a partially engaged connector can lift the back cover by half a millimetre, enough to break magnetic contact.

Heart rate and sleep tracking seem to be running the new battery down faster than the old one lasted — why?

A fresh cell presents slightly different impedance than a degraded one, and the sensor subsystem briefly draws more current while the power management circuit adjusts to the new internal resistance. This is normal behaviour for the first five to seven days on the MUS-B19 and GS3 platforms. Sensor-heavy modes like continuous HR and sleep tracking accelerate this settling period. Drain typically normalises after the first week — no action needed beyond completing a few full charge cycles.
