This is a 14.4V 4000mAh Ni-MH replacement battery for the Auto Cleaner Intelligent Floor Vac M-488 cordless vacuum. It replaces the original pack when capacity has faded and the vacuum no longer holds a useful charge. Dimensions are 136.10 x 55.90 x 47.20mm — confirm fit before ordering.

The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets after a short recovery window. Clear the filter and check for blockages in the suction path before assuming the battery pack is faulty — if the motor still trips on a clean filter, measure resting voltage and confirm the pack holds above 13.0V at rest.

The M-488 motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds and then comes back on — what's happening?
