Fits RoboJet X-Force cordless vacuum; replaces OEM battery for handheld motor.
14.4V and 2600mAh (37.44Wh) delivers consistent power to the motor under carpet load.
Connector seats into the battery slot on the handle; locking tab engages on insertion.
We bench tested the cell on a motor load bank — BMS accepted the charge cycle and held voltage steady under sustained draw.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock after full charge; continuous dock trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charging only when depleted.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RoboJet X-Force — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V Li-ion battery pack rated at 2600mAh (37.44Wh) for the RoboJet X-Force cordless vacuum cleaner. It replaces the original cell when capacity has degraded and the vacuum no longer holds a useful charge. Fits X-Force handheld and stick vacuum variants running on the 14.4V platform.

  • X-Force platform fit: RoboJet X-Force models share a common 14.4V motor rail and battery connector. The BMS in this pack matches the handshake the X-Force charger expects, so charging initiates without fault codes or refusal.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through full discharge and charge sequences on the X-Force platform. The BMS responded correctly to motor-start inrush current and held voltage above the low-battery cutoff threshold under sustained suction load.
  • Dock charging habit on the X-Force: Do not leave the X-Force sitting on the charging dock indefinitely between uses. Continuous trickle charge from the dock accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells. Charge fully, then remove the vacuum from the dock until the next use.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS's sustained-load threshold — not because the cell is empty, but because voltage sags under increased resistance. A partially blocked filter is the most common trigger. The motor works harder against restricted airflow, pulls more amps, and the BMS reduces output to protect the cell. Clean the filter first. If suction recovers immediately, the battery was never the problem.

Motor cuts out mid-use and then restarts after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or heavy carpet pile — the motor draws sustained current above the safe threshold and the BMS disconnects the output. After a brief cooldown, the BMS resets and the motor starts again. Clear the blockage, check that filter airflow is unobstructed, and resume use. If the cutout continues with a clean filter, verify the pack voltage sits above 14.0V before concluding the cell is at fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my RoboJet X-Force lose suction well before the battery light shows it's low?

The battery indicator tracks cell voltage at rest, not under load. When the filter is even partially blocked, the motor pulls more current to maintain suction, which drags cell voltage down mid-use — enough to trigger reduced output before the indicator catches up. Clean the filter and check the nozzle for blockages first. If suction returns to normal after clearing the restriction, the battery is not the cause.

My X-Force motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then coming back on — what's happening?

That's a BMS overcurrent trip cycling on and off. Sustained high current draw — usually from restricted airflow on dense carpet or a clogged filter — pushes the pack beyond its safe discharge rate, so the BMS briefly disconnects output to protect the cells. Remove the blockage, clean the filter, and the cutouts should stop. If it persists with a clean filter on hard floors, check that pack voltage reads at least 14.0V on a multimeter before assuming the cell is defective.

The replacement battery charged fine the first few times but the X-Force now runs noticeably shorter — what went wrong?

Capacity fade this early almost always comes from continuous dock charging. Leaving the X-Force on the dock between every use keeps the cells in a constant trickle-charge state, which degrades Li-ion capacity faster than regular full-cycle use. Charge the pack to full, remove it from the dock, and only return it when it needs charging again. Running two or three full discharge-to-charge cycles after changing the habit will give you the clearest read on where the pack's actual capacity now sits.
