This is a 14.4V 5200mAh Li-ion battery for the Xiaowa C10 and E20 series robotic vacuum cleaners. It replaces OEM part BRR-1P4S-2600S and restores the robot's ability to complete autonomous cleaning cycles. When the original cell degrades, the vacuum either cuts out mid-run or fails to hold a charge long enough to finish a mapped route.

• C10 and E20 platform compatibility: The C10 (C102-00) and E20 (E202-00) share the same battery bay dimensions, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. One cell fits both lines because Xiaowa used a common power architecture across this generation of robot vacuums.

Clean the filter and check the dustbin before assuming the battery is at fault. A healthy cell under normal motor load holds voltage steady well past the halfway point of a run.

Robot powers on but won't accept a charge after battery swap

If the Xiaowa sits on the dock but the charging indicator never activates after fitting a replacement cell, the BMS may have entered a locked state from deep discharge. This happens when the original battery was left fully depleted for an extended period. Place the robot on the dock and leave it connected for at least 30 minutes without moving it — some BMS units require a low-current pre-charge phase before the main charge cycle triggers. If the indicator still does not activate, verify dock contact pins are clean and making firm contact with the robot's receiver pads. The cell should register above 10V at the terminals before a standard charge cycle will initiate.
