This is a 3.7V, 1300mAh Li-ion cell built to the BV-5J specification. It fits the Microsoft Lumia 435, Lumia 532, and RM-1070 variants. Capacity is 4.81Wh — identical to the original cell these phones shipped with.

• Lumia 435, 532, and RM-1070 fitment: All three models use the same battery bay dimensions, contact pin layout, and BV-5J BMS handshake. The fuel gauge IC on each device reads the same cell chemistry signature, so the replacement registers correctly on first boot without manual pairing.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on a Lumia 435 unit. The BMS accepted the charge profile without rejection, and the OS battery indicator tracked voltage correctly through the full curve. No false full or premature cutoff was observed.
• Fuel gauge recalibration after cell swap: After fitting this battery, run one complete discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% before normal use. Connect the device to a wall charger rated at least 1A and leave it for 15–20 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC will trickle current into the cell until voltage climbs above the BMS re-enable threshold, typically around 2.9V, at which point normal charging resumes.
