Fits ZTE V7, Blade V7, V7 Lite, and related models using Li3825T43P3h736037 OEM battery part number.
3.8V nominal voltage with 2500mAh capacity delivers standard power for mid-range Android operations without load shedding.
Connector sits flush with polarity pins aligned; locking tab on left edge secures into battery slot without forcing.
We ran full discharge cycles on a bench rig — the BMS held voltage curve flat until cutoff, no early shutdown signals detected.
On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates to the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ZTE Blade V7 Series — 3.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (Li3825T43P3h736037)

This is a 3.8V, 2500mAh Li-Polymer cell replacing OEM part Li3825T43P3h736037 in the ZTE V7 and Blade V7 range. It fits the V7, Blade V7, V7 Lite, and V7 Lite Dual SIM variants. Capacity is 9.5Wh — matched to the original specification.

  • Blade V7 family compatibility: The V7, Blade V7, V7 Lite, and V7 Lite Dual SIM all share the same battery bay dimensions and connector pinout. The BMS handshake protocol is identical across these variants, so the same cell works across the lineup without firmware or connector modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on a Blade V7 unit. The BMS accepted the cell on first contact, charge termination triggered correctly at 4.35V, and the protection circuit tripped as expected under over-discharge conditions.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first cycle: After installation, disable fast charging and run one full discharge down to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This gives the coulomb counter IC one clean reference cycle against the new cell's actual discharge curve before fast-charge current is applied to an uncalibrated cell.

Why the Blade V7 reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The ZTE Blade V7 uses a coulomb counter IC that builds its fuel gauge model from the cell's discharge curve over time. When a new cell goes in, the IC still holds the curve data from the old, degraded cell. The mismatch means the reported percentage can jump or read low while the actual cell voltage is healthy. One full discharge-to-shutdown followed by an uninterrupted charge cycle resets the counter's reference data and aligns the display percentage with real cell state.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the Blade V7 after replacement

This is a voltage cliff issue, not a capacity fault. Under peak load — modem transmit bursts or high screen brightness — the cell must sustain voltage above the BMS cutoff threshold. If the fuel gauge IC is still calibrated to the old cell's curve, it will report 20–30% remaining at the exact moment real cell voltage drops below the cutoff under load. The phone cuts out even though the percentage display looks fine. Run one full calibration cycle first; if shutdowns continue, check that the cell connector is fully seated and re-check voltage at the contacts — it should read at least 3.7V at rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Blade V7 powers off at around 25% after putting in this replacement battery — is the cell faulty?

Almost always this is a fuel gauge calibration issue, not a faulty cell. The coulomb counter IC on the Blade V7 inherited the discharge curve of your old degraded battery, so it misreads the new cell's voltage under load. Run one full discharge to automatic shutdown, then charge uninterrupted to 100% without fast charging enabled — this resets the counter's reference. If the shutdowns stop after that cycle, the cell is fine.

Fast charging stopped working on my ZTE V7 after I installed this battery — what happened?

On the first cycle after a cell swap, the Blade V7's charge IC sometimes defaults to standard charge current until it completes one handshake sequence with the new BMS. This is normal. Let the phone complete one full charge at standard speed, then reboot and re-enable fast charging in the battery settings. If fast charging still does not activate after a full reboot, check that the USB port is clean and the cable supports the required charge protocol.

The phone won't turn on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

A Li-Polymer cell stored discharged for several months can drop below 2.5V per cell, which triggers a BMS lockout to prevent unsafe charging. Connect the phone to a wall charger — not a PC port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. The charge IC applies a trickle current to bring the cell above the lockout threshold before full charging begins. Once the charging indicator appears on screen, the BMS has cleared the lockout and normal charging will resume.
