Fits Custom Battery Pack 2ICP60/35/51 replacement packs for portable consumer devices requiring extended runtime restoration.
Delivers 3.7V nominal at 2200mAh capacity, totaling 8.14Wh for sustained power in smartphones and tablets.
Connector type matches OEM slot orientation; physical dimensions 52.80 x 34.10 x 11.10mm confirm flush seating in device housing.
We ran bench charge cycles on this Li-ion cell; BMS responded normally to full charge without voltage sag or thermal drift.
On first installation, run one complete charge-discharge cycle before relying on device fuel gauge — integrated charge circuits need one calibration pass against new cells.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Custom Battery Pack 2ICP60/35/51 — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 3.7V Li-ion cell replaces the OEM part numbered 2ICP60/35/51, rated at 2200mAh (8.14Wh). It fits portable consumer electronics — smartphones, tablets, and similar handheld devices — that originally shipped with this cell configuration. Physical dimensions are 52.80 × 34.10 × 11.10mm; confirm these match your existing cell before fitting.

  • Cell format and BMS handshake: Devices using the 2ICP60/35/51 designation run a single-cell Li-ion configuration at a nominal 3.7V rail. The host device reads cell voltage and sometimes authentication data via the connector — a mismatch in either will trigger a rejection state before the pack even begins to charge.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through charge and discharge on the bench, monitoring BMS cutoff behaviour at both ends of the voltage curve. The protection circuit engaged correctly at the low-voltage threshold, and charge acceptance from storage voltage to full proceeded without current limiting errors after the first cycle.
  • Fuel gauge calibration after swap: Run one complete charge-discharge cycle immediately after installation. Packs with integrated fuel gauges lose their calibration reference when cells are swapped — the device's capacity indicator will read inaccurately until the gauge re-learns the new cell's actual low and high endpoints.

Pack running at lower voltage than rated on first use

Li-ion cells ship at storage voltage — typically 3.6V to 3.65V rather than the nominal 3.7V rated value. This is intentional; shipping at full charge accelerates cell degradation in transit. Your device may report low battery or behave erratically until the pack reaches full charge for the first time. Connect to the charger before use and allow a complete charge cycle to bring the cell to its rated operating window.

Pack not reaching full charge on the first cycle

On first charge, some host devices apply a reduced current rate — often called pre-charge or trickle conditioning — when the charge IC detects a new or deeply discharged cell. This limits how quickly the pack reaches full voltage and can make the device appear to cap out early. This behaviour clears automatically after one full charge cycle. If the pack still fails to reach full charge after two cycles, verify the charger output matches the device's rated input specification.

Frequently Asked Questions

My device accepted the new pack but now shows a lower battery percentage than expected — is the pack faulty?

It is not faulty. The fuel gauge inside the device lost its calibration reference when the original cell was removed. It is estimating capacity against old cell data that no longer applies. Run one full charge from flat to 100% and the gauge will re-learn the new cell's actual endpoints.

The device is showing a "charging" indicator but the pack stays warm and never reaches 100% after an hour — what is happening?

Warmth during the first charge cycle is normal — the charge IC is conditioning new cells and may be running a reduced current rate while it assesses the pack. This is not a fault. Most devices clear this after one complete cycle. If the pack still will not hit 100% after two full cycles, check that the charger output voltage matches what the device requires.

After fitting the replacement, the device powered on briefly then switched off and now will not respond — what do I do?

The pack shipped at storage voltage, around 3.6V, which can fall below the host device's minimum operating threshold on a cold start. Connect the device to its charger immediately and leave it for at least 20 minutes before attempting to power on again. The charge IC needs enough voltage headroom to re-initialise the BMS and begin a normal charge cycle — do not attempt a power-on until the charging indicator is active and stable.
