Fits Anker PowerConf USB-C Conference Speaker, model A3301011, replacing OEM part 539028.
This 3.7V 6700mAh cell delivers the charge capacity required for full-day conferencing without mid-meeting dropouts.
Connector seats flush into the battery cavity with positive contact alignment — no forced insertion needed.
We bench-tested this pack on the Anker dock and confirmed BMS handshake on first insertion with clean charge curve.
After installation, run one full charge cycle before your first meeting — the speaker's battery indicator maps voltage during normal use and may show inaccurate warnings until that first session completes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Anker PowerConf USB-C Conference Speaker — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (539028)

This is a 3.7V, 6700mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Anker PowerConf USB-C Conference Speaker. It fits models A3301011 and A3305. OEM part number 539028 matches the original cell specification at 24.79Wh.

  • A3301011 and A3305 compatibility: Both models share the same 3.7V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. A single cell revision covers the full PowerConf USB-C lineup without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on a PowerConf unit. The BMS handshake completed correctly, charging terminated at full voltage, and the unit's LED indicators reported charge state accurately after one full cycle.
  • First-session calibration tip: After installing, run a complete charge cycle before using the unit in a meeting. The PowerConf maps battery state during normal operation — the charge indicator may show inaccurate warnings for the first session until the firmware establishes its voltage thresholds against the new cell.

Battery indicator showing wrong level after installation

The PowerConf's fuel gauge estimates charge state by tracking voltage curves it learned from the previous cell. A new cell with a full 6700mAh capacity sits on a slightly different voltage curve than a degraded original. The firmware needs one full charge-to-discharge cycle to recalibrate its thresholds. Charge the unit to 100%, use it until it prompts a recharge, then charge again — the indicator will read accurately from that point forward.

Unit cutting out or losing audio mid-conference call

The PowerConf draws simultaneously from the battery for the speaker amplifier, microphone array, and USB-C audio processing. Under sustained combined load — especially at higher speaker volumes during long sessions — voltage can sag briefly below the BMS protection threshold, triggering a cutoff. This typically points to a cell that has lost usable capacity rather than a firmware fault. Replacing the cell with a fresh 6700mAh unit restores the voltage headroom needed to sustain peak draw without tripping the protection circuit.

Frequently Asked Questions

My PowerConf won't turn on at all after I swapped the battery — is it bricked?

It isn't bricked. If the replacement cell was stored for a while before shipping, its resting voltage may have dropped low enough to trigger the BMS deep-discharge lockout, which blocks the unit from powering on as a protection measure. Plug the PowerConf into USB-C power and leave it connected for at least 30 minutes without pressing the power button — this allows the charger to trickle current into the cell and bring it above the lockout threshold. Once it reaches roughly 3.0V, the BMS releases and the unit will power on normally.

The PowerConf gets noticeably warm during long conference sessions — is that a battery issue?

Some warmth is normal, but excessive heat points to sustained current draw inside a compact, enclosed housing with limited airflow. The combined load of the speaker, mic array, and USB-C processing generates heat that concentrates around the cell. If the original battery had degraded, its internal resistance was higher, meaning it generated more heat for the same output — a fresh cell at full capacity runs at lower internal resistance and typically runs cooler under the same load. If warmth continues after the swap, check that the unit's ventilation slots are clear and unobstructed.

The charging dock isn't registering the PowerConf after I installed the new battery — the charge light never comes on.

This is almost always a contact resistance issue, not a battery fault. The dock's charging pins and the corresponding contacts on the unit can accumulate oxidation or residue, and a battery swap sometimes shifts the unit's seating slightly. Power down the unit, wipe the charging contacts on both the dock and the unit with a dry lint-free cloth, then reseat the PowerConf firmly in the dock. If the charge indicator still doesn't activate, try connecting directly via USB-C cable to confirm the battery and BMS are functioning — if that charges correctly, the issue is isolated to the dock contacts.
