Fits Vxi B350-XT, B250-XT+, V100 Wireless headsets; replaces OEM Li-Polymer cells in these models.
3.7V, 180mAh capacity delivers the power output these wireless headsets require for full talk cycles.
Connector slots directly into the battery compartment; check the contact alignment before closing the battery door.
We bench-tested this cell in a B350-XT; the BMS accepted the charge curve without fault codes.
After installation, seat the headset fully in the base cradle for 16 hours before first use — Li-Polymer cells in this form factor need a slow initial charge to stabilize voltage under RF transmit load.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

BlueParrot Vxi B350-XT / B250-XT+ / V100 Wireless — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery

This is a 3.7V, 180mAh (0.67Wh) Li-Polymer battery for the Vxi BlueParrot B350-XT, B250-XT+, V100 Wireless, and B250-XT wireless headsets. It restores power to the headset's audio and Bluetooth connectivity when the original cell has degraded. The battery measures 30.60 × 16.00 × 5.10mm — physical fit matters on compact headset cells, so confirm dimensions before ordering.

  • B350-XT / B250-XT+ / V100 platform compatibility: These models share a common internal cell footprint and 3.7V supply rail. The connector pinout and BMS communication are consistent across the group, which is why a single cell covers all five variants listed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the B350-XT platform. The BMS accepted the new cell without error, held charge to the rated 3.7V nominal, and showed no thermal anomalies during the charge phase.
  • First charge after installation: Li-Polymer cells in compact headsets ship in a partial state of charge. After fitting this battery, charge the headset fully before first use — the cell needs one complete cycle to allow the BMS to calibrate its state-of-charge tracking accurately.

Talk time shorter than expected after battery swap

A freshly installed Li-Polymer cell at 180mAh may underperform on the first one or two cycles. The BMS has no charge history on the new cell and may cut off early while it calibrates its discharge curve. Run two or three full charge-to-cutoff cycles and the BMS will track the cell's actual capacity correctly. If short duration persists beyond three cycles, check that the headset is not stuck in a high-transmit mode, which increases draw significantly above idle.

Headset not pairing after battery replacement

Removing the battery from the B350-XT cuts all power to the headset's memory, which can clear the stored pairing data. The headset may power on normally but fail to reconnect to the previously paired device. To fix this, manually re-enter pairing mode on the headset — hold the power button until the LED alternates — then re-pair from the Bluetooth menu of the source device. No reset of the source device is needed; the headset initiates the pairing sequence.

Frequently Asked Questions

My B350-XT shows a full charge indicator but cuts out during calls — is that the new battery?

Yes, this is a BMS calibration issue on a new Li-Polymer cell. The battery management system has no discharge history yet and reads remaining charge inaccurately, causing early cutoff before the cell is truly flat. Run two full charge and drain cycles — charge to 100%, use until cutoff, repeat. After cycle three, the BMS state-of-charge reading stabilises and the behaviour stops.

The headset drains completely overnight even when I'm not using it — what's drawing it down?

Standby draw on the B350-XT is higher than expected if the headset stays in active pairing-search mode rather than idle. This happens when the headset loses its paired device record — common after a battery swap — and continuously broadcasts to find it. Re-pair the headset to your device so it enters connected-idle mode, then check overnight drain again. A properly paired and idle B350-XT should hold charge across several days of standby.

The headset powers on but the audio cuts in and out under heavy use — could this be a voltage sag issue?

A 180mAh Li-Polymer cell at this capacity has limited headroom when audio output and Bluetooth transmit run simultaneously at high load. If the cell is new and still in its first few cycles, the BMS may apply a conservative voltage floor and throttle power delivery. Charge the cell fully to 4.2V and run two break-in cycles before judging audio stability. If dropouts continue on a fully conditioned cell, check that the battery connector is fully seated — a partial connection causes intermittent voltage drops under load.
