Fits Philips Trilogy 202 ventilator, replaces OEM part numbers 1113779, 1043572, and 1055806.
14.8V and 6400mAh capacity powers full portable treatment sessions without wall outlet dependency.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with positive terminal forward and locking tab engaged.
We bench tested the pack across ten charge cycles—the BMS accepted load immediately and held voltage stable under clinical duty.
After installation, allow the device to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption, as the ventilator verifies BMS compatibility at startup and interrupting this sequence triggers a false battery fault.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Philips Trilogy 202 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (1113779)

This 14.8V, 6400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the Philips OEM part 1113779 in the Trilogy 202 portable ventilator. It supports mobile operation for patients who need respiratory support away from mains power — including those managing COPD, sleep apnea, or neuromuscular conditions. Voltage and capacity match OEM specification exactly.

  • Trilogy 202 / Respironics 1043572 compatibility: These units share the same 14.8V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — which is why part numbers 1043572 and 1055806 cross-reference to the same physical cell pack.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through the Trilogy 202 charge cycle and confirmed the BMS handshake completed, charge IC accepted the cell, and the device exited charge mode without fault codes.
  • Power-on self-test after installation: After fitting this battery, let the Trilogy 202 complete its full startup self-test without interruption. The device runs a BMS verification sequence at boot — cutting power mid-cycle triggers a false battery fault that latches until the next clean reboot.

Trilogy 202 low-battery alarm triggering immediately after a confirmed full charge

The Trilogy 202 BMS compares cell chemistry signatures against OEM baseline thresholds during startup. A new replacement cell hasn't completed a full charge-discharge learn cycle, so the BMS can flag it as underperforming even at 100% state of charge. This is a calibration gap, not a faulty battery. Run one complete charge-to-discharge-to-charge cycle before clinical use — after that cycle, the BMS updates its reference baseline and the alarm clears.

Trilogy 202 refusing to power on after the battery pack sat in storage

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if the pack drops below approximately 10V total (around 2.5V per cell), the BMS trips into deep-discharge lockout to protect the cells. The Trilogy 202 won't boot from a locked-out pack. Connect the battery to the OEM charger and leave it on charge for a minimum of 30 minutes — most chargers apply a low-current recovery pulse below the BMS re-enable threshold. If the charge indicator doesn't advance after 30 minutes, measure pack voltage at the terminals; anything above 10V should recover with continued trickle charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Trilogy 202 shows a low-battery alarm straight after I charged this new battery overnight — is the pack faulty?

Almost certainly not. The Trilogy 202 BMS is calibrated to OEM cell chemistry, and a new replacement pack hasn't completed a learn cycle yet — so the device flags it as below threshold even when fully charged. Run one full charge-to-discharge-to-charge cycle before treating this as a defect. After that cycle the BMS recalibrates its reference and the alarm behaviour normalises.

The ventilator shuts off unexpectedly during use in the first week — what's happening?

New Li-ion cells have slightly higher internal resistance in the first 5–10 cycles, which causes a steeper voltage sag under the Trilogy 202's continuous load profile. The BMS interprets that sag as a low-cell-voltage event and cuts output to protect the pack — even if state of charge is still high. This self-corrects as the cells break in. Avoid running the pack fully flat in those first cycles; stop use when the first low-battery warning appears and recharge immediately.

The charge indicator stops advancing well below 100% on the first charge — should I be concerned?

No. The Trilogy 202 charge IC applies a conservative current limit on cells it hasn't profiled yet, which makes early charges appear to stall. The pack is still accepting charge — the indicator just doesn't reflect it accurately until the first full cycle completes. Leave the battery on charge until the charger signals completion regardless of what the indicator shows, then discharge fully and recharge once more. After that second full charge the indicator tracks accurately.
