Fits Oppo R11S, R11st, R11s Dual SIM smartphones; replaces OEM part BLP643.
3.85V and 3000mAh Li-Polymer cell powers the processor, display, and modem without shutdown.
Connector clips into the factory slot with flat orientation; locking tab seats flush against the frame.
We ran the pack through two full discharge cycles on the R11S; BMS accepted charge within spec and voltage held stable under sustained cellular load.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates against the new cell's discharge curve before high-current charging.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Oppo R11S — 3.85V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BLP643)

This is a 3.85V, 3000mAh Li-Polymer cell built to the BLP643 specification. It fits the Oppo R11S, R11st, R11s Dual SIM, and R11s Dual SIM TD-LTE. Swap it in when the original cell no longer carries the phone through a normal day.

  • R11S variant compatibility: The R11S, R11st, and both Dual SIM variants share the same 81.45 × 58.74 × 3.60mm cell bay, the same BLP643 connector, and the same BMS handshake line. One cell covers all four models without any adapter or wiring change.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the R11S mainboard. The BMS accepted the handshake on first connection, the charge IC ramped normally, and no protection trips fired during the discharge sweep.
  • Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: After installation, disable VOOC fast charging and run one full discharge-to-charge cycle at standard current. This lets the fuel gauge IC map its coulomb counter against the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging begins on an uncalibrated cell.

Why the R11S reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The R11S uses a coulomb-counter fuel gauge IC that stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When a new cell goes in, that stored curve no longer matches the new cell's actual voltage-to-capacity profile. The gauge reads off an old map, so it can report 40% while the real state of charge is lower. One complete discharge down to auto-shutdown followed by a full charge resets the learned curve to the new cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the modem or display pulls a current spike that the cell cannot sustain without a voltage sag below the BMS cutoff threshold. The gauge still shows 20–30% because the coulomb counter hasn't recalibrated yet, but the cell voltage drops under load and the BMS trips. It is not a faulty cell — it is an uncalibrated gauge masking a real low-charge condition. Run two full discharge-charge cycles and verify the resting voltage sits at or above 3.85V before trusting the percentage readout.

Frequently Asked Questions

VOOC fast charging stopped working after I put the new BLP643 cell in — will it come back?

Yes. On the first cycle after a cell swap, the R11S charge IC runs a handshake check before allowing the VOOC high-current protocol. If the fuel gauge IC hasn't completed its first calibration pass, the system falls back to standard 5V charging as a precaution. Run one full charge at standard current, let the phone discharge to auto-shutdown, then charge again — VOOC negotiation resumes once the calibration flag clears.

The phone gets noticeably warm near the battery during the first few charges — is something wrong?

A new Li-Polymer cell has slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell. The charge IC pushes the same current profile it used on the old cell, and higher impedance means more heat dissipated in the cell during that first charge. It normalises after two or three full cycles as impedance drops. If the phone is still unusually warm after five cycles, check that the adhesive pull-tab hasn't folded under the cell and is restricting contact with the chassis ground plane.

The phone won't power on at all after the new battery sat uninstalled in a drawer for a few months — how do I recover it?

A Li-Polymer cell stored without periodic top-up can drop below 2.5V per cell, which triggers the BMS lockout to prevent damage. Connect the phone to its original charger and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button — the charge IC trickle-charges the cell at low current until it clears the lockout threshold. Once the charging indicator appears on screen, voltage has recovered above the BMS re-enable point and the phone will boot normally.
