This is a 3.7V, 1500mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the USCellular One Touch Premiere and ADR3035 smartphones. It replaces OEM part numbers CAB31P0000C1, CAB31P0001C1, and TB-4T0058200. Capacity is 5.55Wh, matching the original cell specification.

• One Touch Premiere and ADR3035 compatibility: Both models share the same 3.7V single-cell architecture, battery connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — which is why all three OEM part numbers cross to the same physical cell. The fuel gauge IC on each device reads the same charge curve.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through full charge and discharge on the ADR3035 platform. The BMS accepted the cell without error flags, charge current ramped correctly through CC/CV phases, and termination triggered at the expected voltage ceiling.
• Fuel gauge recalibration on first cycle: On first use after installation, run one complete discharge-charge cycle with fast charging disabled. Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This happens when the fuel gauge IC hasn't yet mapped the new cell's actual voltage-to-capacity curve. The phone's modem or display draws a current spike, the cell voltage sags briefly below the BMS cutoff threshold, and the device shuts down — even though the displayed percentage suggested charge remained. It's a calibration gap, not a faulty battery. Run one full discharge to auto-off followed by a full uninterrupted charge. After that first complete cycle, the coulomb counter aligns to the real cell curve and premature shutdowns stop.

Phone won't power on after sitting in storage with a flat battery

If the cell self-discharged below approximately 2.5V during storage, the BMS enters lockout mode to prevent cell damage — the phone will show no response at all when the power button is pressed. Connect the phone to a wall charger, not a USB port, and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing anything. The charge IC delivers a trickle pre-charge current to bring the cell back above the BMS recovery threshold, typically around 3.0V, at which point the device will boot or show a charging indicator.
