The BM3E is the OEM-matched cell for the Xiaomi Mi 8 and Mi 8 Dual SIM TD-LTE (M1803E1C). This Li-Polymer battery runs at 3.85V with a 3300mAh / 12.71Wh capacity. It covers the full processing, display, and modem load that the Mi 8 platform demands.

• Fuel gauge recalibration on first use: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC map the new cell's actual discharge curve before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated counter.

This happens because the coulomb counter and voltage-based fuel gauge IC are still calibrated to the old cell's discharge curve.
