Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Asus ZenBook Pro 15 OLED UM535QE Series — 11.55V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (C32N2002)
This is an 11.55V, 8150mAh (94.13Wh) lithium-polymer battery for the Asus ZenBook Pro 15 OLED UM535QE-KY195W and related ZenBook Pro 15 and ZenBook Flip 15 models. It replaces OEM part numbers C32N2002 and 0B200-03770000. If your original cell is swelling, failing to hold a charge, or draining unusually fast under display and CPU load, this is the direct swap.
- ZenBook Pro 15 and Flip 15 compatibility: These models share the same 11.55V three-cell architecture, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — which is why a single cell covers both the fixed-hinge Pro 15 and the 360-degree Flip 15 UX564 chassis.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on ZenBook Pro 15 hardware. The BMS handshake initialised correctly, charge current tapered as expected near full capacity, and no fault codes triggered during load testing with the OLED panel active.
- Post-install recalibration on ZenBook firmware: After fitting this cell, run one full discharge until the laptop hibernates at cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning that appears in MyASUS after every cell swap.
BIOS reporting battery health as poor immediately after replacement
This is an EEPROM carry-over issue, not a fault with the new cell. The BIOS reads health data stored in the old cell's EEPROM and flags the replacement as degraded because the counters don't match. The MyASUS app will often show a yellow or red health status within minutes of first boot. Run the full discharge-to-hibernate cycle followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% — this forces the fuel gauge IC to write fresh cycle data and clears the warning on the next BIOS read.
Laptop shutting down at 20–30% shown on the fuel gauge
This symptom appears when the fuel gauge IC hasn't yet calibrated against the new cell's actual voltage curve. Under combined CPU and OLED panel load, the reported state-of-charge and the real cell voltage diverge — the BMS hits its low-voltage cutoff before the gauge reaches zero. It is not a defective cell. Complete two to three full discharge-and-charge cycles without interruption. After calibration, the gauge and the BMS cutoff will align; the laptop should run down to below 10% before shutting off. If it still cuts out early, check that the BIOS is not set to a custom battery care limit below 30%.

Frequently Asked Questions
MyASUS shows battery health as "Poor" right after I installed the new cell — is the replacement already failing?
It isn't. The BIOS reads cycle count and health data stored in the old cell's EEPROM, and when it sees a mismatch against the new cell, it flags poor health immediately. Run one full discharge until the laptop hibernates, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. That resets the battery learn cycle and the health warning clears on the next BIOS read.
Windows shows the battery capacity as significantly lower than 94Wh in the power report — why does it report the wrong Wh rating?
The Wh figure Windows reads comes from the EEPROM "design capacity" field, which reflects the old cell's rated data until the fuel gauge IC writes new values. This is a data carry-over issue, not a capacity deficit in the replacement cell. Run two full discharge-to-hibernate and charge-to-100% cycles. After both cycles complete, pull a fresh battery report — the reported Wh should align closely with the 94.13Wh rated capacity.
The charge stops climbing at 80% and won't go higher — is the new battery defective?
Almost certainly not. Asus BIOS includes a Battery Health Charging feature that caps charge at 80% by default to slow long-term cell wear. Open MyASUS, go to Customization, then Battery Health Charging, and switch the mode from Balanced to Maximum Life or Full Capacity. Set it to Full Capacity and the charge ceiling will lift to 100%.
