Fits Xiaomi NoteBook Pro 14 2022, replaces OEM part R14B07W battery cell.
7.72V, 7200mAh (55.58Wh) lithium-polymer delivers full charge cycles on this 14-inch unit.
Connector seats flush into the OEM slot with locking tab engagement confirmed against frame.
Bench testing showed clean BMS handshake on first insertion; fuel gauge IC accepted new cell parameters without fault codes.
After installation, discharge fully to system hibernation then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears false health warnings that appear after cell replacement.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Xiaomi NoteBook Pro 14 2022 — 7.72V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (R14B07W)

This 7.72V, 7200mAh (55.58Wh) lithium-polymer cell replaces the R14B07W battery in the Xiaomi NoteBook Pro 14 2022. It fits the 14-inch chassis and reconnects to the existing BMS harness using the original connector. Install it when the stock cell no longer holds charge or the system flags battery health as degraded.

  • NoteBook Pro 14 2022 fit: This model uses a single-cell Li-Polymer pack rated at 7.72V nominal. The R14B07W shares the same voltage rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol as the factory unit — no adapter or modification needed.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the NoteBook Pro 14 platform. The BMS handshake completed on first connection, charge current ramped correctly through CC/CV stages, and no protection trips occurred during discharge to cutoff.
  • Post-install calibration on the NoteBook Pro 14: After fitting this cell, run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning the firmware posts after every cell swap.

BIOS reporting poor battery health after fitting the R14B07W

When you swap the physical cell, the BIOS still holds EEPROM data written by the old battery. That stored data includes cycle count, design capacity, and health percentage — none of which reflects the new cell. The firmware compares live readings against that stale baseline and flags a mismatch as poor health. One full discharge-to-hibernate followed by a complete uninterrupted charge forces the BIOS to rewrite the learn cycle data against the new cell's actual chemistry, clearing the warning.

NoteBook Pro 14 shutting down at 20–30% charge shown on screen

This happens when the fuel gauge IC's state-of-charge map no longer matches the new cell's actual voltage curve. The gauge triggers a low-battery shutdown at what it calculates as 20–30%, but the cell still has usable capacity below that threshold. It is a calibration gap, not a fault in the replacement cell. Run two to three full discharge-to-hibernate and full-charge cycles to let the fuel gauge IC remap its readings against the R14B07W — after calibration, the cutoff should track correctly to below 3.0V per cell.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Xiaomi NoteBook Pro 14 shows 0% or "unknown" battery in Windows right after fitting the new R14B07W — is the cell dead?

No — this is the fuel gauge IC reading stale EEPROM data from the old cell rather than the new one. The replacement cell has not yet been mapped by the firmware. Run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff, then charge uninterrupted to 100%, and the OS fuel gauge will re-initialise against the new cell's voltage curve. After that first calibration cycle, the percentage reading should stabilise.

The system info panel in Windows is showing the wrong Wh rating for the R14B07W — it says something lower than 55.58Wh.

The Wh figure displayed comes from the battery's EEPROM, which stores the original cell's rated capacity, not a live measurement of the new cell. The R14B07W is rated at 55.58Wh, but the firmware reads the old EEPROM value until a learn cycle overwrites it. Complete one full discharge-to-hibernate and one uninterrupted full charge — this prompts the BIOS to rewrite the stored Wh figure against the new cell's actual data.

The NoteBook Pro 14 stops charging at 80% and won't go higher — is the replacement battery faulty?

This is almost always a BIOS-controlled charge limit, not a cell fault. Xiaomi's firmware includes a battery preservation mode that caps charging at 80% to reduce long-term wear on the cell. Check Settings → Battery or the Xiaomi PC Manager app for a charge limit toggle. Disable the charge limit or set it to 100%, reconnect the charger, and the cell will charge through to a full 8.40V (4.20V per cell at the pack level).
