This 14.8V 2600mAh Li-ion pack replaces the original battery in the Aiper MT600 robotic pool cleaner. It fits the MT600's battery bay directly and restores full cleaning cycle operation. Capacity is rated at 38.48Wh across a 4S1P cell configuration.

• MT600 battery bay fit: The MT600 uses a 14.8V nominal rail with a 4-series cell arrangement. The INR18650-4S1P matches that rail exactly. The BMS communicates with the cleaner's motor controller to manage peak draw during suction events and direction changes under water.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through simulated motor-start loads matching the MT600's brush and suction motor draw. The BMS held stable across repeated high-current peaks without tripping into protection cutoff under normal load conditions.
• Post-session rinse before charging: After each pool session, rinse the battery housing with fresh water before placing it on the charger. Chlorine and salt residue on the battery terminals builds contact resistance that the charger reads as a fault — not a dead pack.

MT600 stopping mid-cycle on a new battery

The MT600's BMS sets a peak current threshold to protect the cells during underwater operation. When the cleaner drives over heavy debris or hits a wall and reverses, the suction motor spikes current sharply. If the pack voltage has already dropped from a partial charge, that spike can push draw past the BMS cutoff and halt the unit. Starting every cleaning cycle with a fully charged pack keeps the resting voltage high enough that transient spikes stay within the BMS window. If the cleaner still stops mid-cycle, check the terminals for residue before assuming a fault.

Cleaner starts but brush motor runs noticeably slower than before

A slow brush motor usually means the pack voltage is below 15.5V at the start of the cycle — not a motor fault. Li-ion cells at partial state of charge deliver lower voltage under load, and the MT600's motor controller reduces speed rather than tripping entirely. This looks like a motor problem but clears after a full charge. Charge the pack until the indicator confirms completion, then check brush speed on the next cycle before replacing any other components.
