The brief pause lets the BMS reset and voltage recover, which is why the vacuum restarts on its own. Empty the dustbin, clean the filter, and run the vacuum again; if the cutout persists on a clear filter, measure the pack voltage at rest — a healthy 20V Li-ion cell should read between 20V and 21V fully charged.
