This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Dreame W10 cordless stick vacuum. It fits the W10, W10s, W10 Pro, and STYTJ06ZHM among others. Voltage and BMS profile match the original P2027-4S2P-MMBK specification.

• W10 / W10 Pro platform compatibility: These models share the same 14.4V power rail, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol. A single battery cell pack spans the whole range — no adapter or firmware difference between them.

This happens when the motor draws more current than the BMS expects — usually caused by a partially blocked filter or a tangled brush roll. The battery still has charge, but voltage sags under the extra load and the BMS throttles output to protect the cells. The indicator reads mid-charge because state-of-charge estimation uses resting voltage, not load voltage. Clear the filter and brush roll first, then retest under normal load.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted airflow forces the motor to pull above the rated current threshold, and the BMS cuts the circuit to protect the cells. It resets automatically once current drops back within range — which is why the vacuum restarts on its own. Check and clean the post-motor filter; if airflow restriction is cleared and the cutout persists, measure resting pack voltage — it should read above 15.5V when fully charged.
