Fits Eufy HomeVac S11 Go, S11 Reach, S11 Infinity, and S11 Lite models; replaces OEM part number T2501.
25.2V and 2500mAh capacity delivers full motor power on restricted suction loads without early cutoff events.
Connector slides straight into the battery slot with a single locking tab that seats flush against the housing.
We ran full-discharge cycles on the S11 Go; BMS held 25.2V steady through motor stall conditions before protecting.
Do not leave this battery on the charging dock continuously — extended trickle charging causes capacity fade within weeks; charge to full and remove immediately.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Eufy HomeVac S11 Series — 25.2V Li-ion Replacement Battery (T2501)

This is a 25.2V, 2500mAh (63Wh) Li-ion replacement battery for the Eufy HomeVac S11 Go, S11 Reach, S11 Infinity, and S11 Lite cordless handheld vacuums. It replaces OEM part number T2501 and fits the same battery slot and connector as the original. Use it to restore suction power when the factory cell no longer holds a full charge.

  • S11 series compatibility: The Go, Reach, Infinity, and Lite all share the same 25.2V battery platform, connector pinout, and BMS handshake. Swapping between these models works because the voltage rail and communication protocol are identical across the S11 lineup.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge cycles on an S11 Go and confirmed the BMS negotiated correctly with the charger, passed overcurrent protection thresholds, and held voltage within spec under sustained motor load.
  • Dock charging habit on the S11 series: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock between every use. The S11 dock does not cut trickle current once the cell is full, and cells left on continuous charge develop capacity fade noticeably faster. Charge to full, then remove it.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The S11's motor draws significantly more current when airflow is restricted — a clogged filter can push draw well above the rated load. The BMS reads this as a voltage sag event and begins throttling motor output to protect the cell, even when the battery itself still has charge. The result is noticeably weaker suction while the indicator still shows two or three bars. Clean the filter first, then retest under the same conditions to confirm whether the issue is the battery or airflow restriction.

Motor cuts out mid-use then recovers after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip — not a dead battery. When the motor sustains a high draw for several seconds, often caused by a partial blockage or a heavily loaded brush roll, the BMS cuts power to protect the cell. After 10–20 seconds the BMS resets and the vacuum powers back on. If this keeps happening, check for blockages in the inlet nozzle and brush head, and inspect the filter. A genuinely degraded cell with high internal resistance will trigger the same trip at lower loads — check resting voltage, which should read at or above 25.2V after a full charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Eufy S11 Go loses strong suction halfway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge — is the battery failing?

Not necessarily the battery. A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than rated, which causes a voltage sag that throttles motor output even when the cell still has capacity. Remove and clean the filter completely, then run the vacuum again. If suction holds through a full clean after that, the filter was the cause — not the cell.

The S11 motor cuts out for about 15 seconds then comes back on by itself — what triggers that?

That is the BMS tripping on an overcurrent spike, usually caused by a blockage in the nozzle or brush roll putting sustained high load on the motor. The BMS cuts power to protect the cell, then resets once current demand drops. Clear any blockage in the inlet and brush head, then retest. If it trips again with no blockage present, check the resting voltage after a full charge — it should read at or above 25.2V.

My S11 barely lasts through one room now even after a full overnight charge — is this just how batteries age?

Capacity fade this fast is usually caused by leaving the vacuum on the dock permanently between uses. The S11 dock does not stop current flow once the cell is full, and continuous trickle charging degrades Li-ion cells faster than normal cycling. Charge the battery to full, remove it from the dock, and only return it when depleted. A replacement cell used this way will hold capacity significantly longer than one left docked continuously.
