Fits Liectroux B6009 robotic vacuum cleaner; replaces OEM battery for B6009 models.
14.4V 2600mAh lithium-ion pack delivers full motor and navigation power to restored vacuum performance.
Connector slides into dock charge port with positive contact alignment; locking tab seats flush against housing.
We bench-tested this cell in a B6009 dock simulator; BMS accepted charge current without fault codes or early cutoff.
Do not leave the vacuum on the charging dock permanently — cordless vacuums on continuous dock charge develop capacity fade significantly faster than those charged only when depleted; charge to full and remove from dock.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Liectroux B6009 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This 14.4V, 2600mAh lithium-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Liectroux B6009 robotic vacuum cleaner. It powers the drive motors, suction motor, and onboard navigation system. Capacity figure is taken directly from product data at 37.44Wh.

  • B6009 platform fit: The B6009 runs a 14.4V motor rail for both drive and suction. This pack matches that voltage rail and the physical connector format the unit expects. A voltage mismatch here causes the BMS to refuse the charge cycle entirely.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles monitoring BMS response at start-up and during motor-load spikes. The protection circuit held correctly on overcurrent events without nuisance tripping under normal suction load.
  • Dock charging behaviour on the B6009: The B6009 sits on a contact-charge dock between runs. That dock does not cut power when the cell reaches full charge — it maintains a trickle. Remove the vacuum from the dock once charging completes and only return it when the battery is depleted.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens because the suction motor draws more current when airflow is restricted — a partially blocked filter is the most common trigger. The extra draw causes voltage to sag across the cell before state-of-charge actually drops, so the indicator reads mid-range while suction is already weak. The BMS reads the voltage dip as a low-battery condition and begins throttling motor output to protect the cell. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest — if suction holds across a full charge cycle, the filter was the cause, not the battery.

Motor cuts out mid-run then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the suction path is partially blocked, the motor stalls briefly and pulls a spike of current above the BMS threshold. The protection circuit opens, the motor stops, and after a few seconds the BMS resets and allows the motor to restart. Check the dustbin, filter, and brush roll for obstructions. If the vacuum runs cleanly with an empty bin and a clean filter, the cell and BMS are functioning correctly.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Liectroux B6009 loses suction well before the battery light shows low — is the new battery faulty?

Most likely not the battery. When the filter or dustbin is even partially blocked, the suction motor draws above its rated current, which causes the cell voltage to sag early. The BMS interprets that sag as a low-charge state and throttles motor output before the indicator catches up. Clean the filter and empty the bin, then run a full charge cycle — if suction holds consistently, the battery is fine.

My B6009 cuts out mid-clean and restarts on its own after a few seconds — what is causing that?

That is a BMS overcurrent trip. A partial blockage in the brush roll, dustbin, or filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling a current spike that exceeds the BMS protection threshold. The circuit opens to protect the cell, motor stops, BMS resets within seconds, and the vacuum restarts. Clear the brush roll of any tangled debris and check the filter — if the cutouts stop, the cell is operating correctly.

I left my B6009 on the dock for weeks and now the new battery drains much faster than it should — what went wrong?

The B6009 dock does not stop charging when the cell is full. Continuous trickle current after a full charge causes lithium-ion cells to degrade faster than normal cycling would. To stop this happening again, remove the vacuum from the dock once the charge indicator shows full and only dock it again when the battery is depleted. Capacity lost to trickle damage does not recover — the replacement cell needs the same management from day one.
