Fits Liectroux DH860, Q7000, Q8000, and ZK808 robotic vacuums with 14.8V lithium-ion chemistry.
Rated 14.8V and 2600mAh capacity delivers consistent motor voltage during carpet cleaning and navigation cycles.
Single connector type with straight polarity slot; seats flush into dock without tab obstruction or reversing.
We bench-tested full discharge cycles on the Q7000 platform — BMS held stable voltage until final 8%, then cutoff engaged as specified.
Remove the vacuum from its charging dock immediately after reaching full charge; continuous dock trickle current degrades lithium cells faster than charge-and-remove cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Liectroux DH860 / Q7000 / Q8000 / ZK808 — 14.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.8V 2600mAh (38.48Wh) lithium-ion battery for Liectroux robotic vacuum cleaners including the DH860, Q7000, Q8000, and ZK808. It powers the suction motor and navigation systems. Fit the same physical footprint and connector as the original cell.

  • DH860 / Q7000 / Q8000 / ZK808 compatibility: These Liectroux models share the same 14.8V four-cell Li-ion architecture, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. One battery fits all of them because the charging circuit and voltage thresholds are identical across the range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this battery through full charge and discharge cycles on a Liectroux unit. The BMS responded correctly to charge termination, cell balancing, and overcurrent cutoff events at the motor start surge. No false trips during normal cleaning operation.
  • Dock charging habit for robotic vacuums: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the dock continuously between cleans. Liectroux robotic vacuums on permanent dock contact receive a low-level trickle that accelerates cell degradation. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next clean.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than the battery can sustain at its current state of health — or when the filter is partially blocked. A restricted filter forces the motor to work harder, pulling current above the BMS's rated threshold. The BMS throttles power to protect the cells, which the vacuum interprets as a low-battery condition. Clean or replace the filter first, then retest under the same floor conditions.

Motor cuts out briefly then recovers mid-clean

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. It happens when sustained suction restriction — usually a clogged filter or brush roll jam — pushes motor current past the cutoff point. The BMS disconnects, the motor stops, and then reconnects once current normalises. Clear the brush roll and filter, and check that the suction path has no hard blockage. If the trips continue on an unblocked vacuum, the original battery's BMS is degraded — this replacement cell resets that behaviour.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Liectroux DH860 starts a clean cycle and the suction just fades out — but the battery light isn't red yet. What's causing that?

A partially blocked filter forces the motor to draw more current than the battery can sustain continuously, so the BMS throttles output early — well before the voltage drops enough to trigger the low-battery indicator. Remove and tap out or replace the filter, then run the vacuum again. If suction stays strong through the full cycle, the filter was the cause, not the battery capacity.

The robot docked and charged overnight, but the cleaning run was noticeably shorter than when the battery was new. Is this a cell problem or something else?

Leaving a Liectroux robotic vacuum on the dock continuously causes trickle-charge degradation — the cells never fully rest, and capacity shrinks faster than it would with normal charge-and-remove use. Once a cell has lost capacity this way, it does not recover. The fix going forward is to charge the replacement battery to full, remove the vacuum from the dock, and only return it when it needs charging again.

The Liectroux suddenly stopped mid-clean, sat for a few seconds, then restarted on its own. Now it keeps doing this. What's happening?

That stop-and-restart pattern is a BMS overcurrent trip cycling repeatedly, usually caused by a brush roll jam or a hard blockage in the suction path keeping motor current above the cutoff threshold. Check the brush roll for wrapped hair or debris and clear the intake port. If the original battery is causing false trips even on an unblocked vacuum, the BMS inside that cell has degraded — install the replacement and retest at the same carpet load.
