Neebo PUPPY R6 — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V, 3350mAh (48.24Wh) lithium-ion replacement battery for the Neebo PUPPY R6 and PUPPY R6 GREY+ cordless handheld vacuum cleaners. It slots into the same battery bay as the original and connects to the same BMS interface. When the original cell degrades and suction becomes noticeably weaker, this is the direct swap.

• PUPPY R6 and GREY+ compatibility: Both variants run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the same battery bay geometry and connector pinout. One battery fits both. No wiring changes, no adapters.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the PUPPY R6 motor platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the vacuum's charge circuit, current limiting engaged as expected under simulated load, and no fault codes were triggered.
• Dock charging discipline on the PUPPY R6: The PUPPY R6 charging dock does not cut power once the battery is full. Leaving the vacuum on the dock continuously forces a trickle charge state that compresses cell capacity over time. Charge to full and remove from the dock.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The PUPPY R6 motor draws more current when airflow is restricted — a clogged filter or blocked nozzle forces the motor to work harder against reduced pressure. The BMS reads this elevated draw as a low-voltage event and throttles output before the indicator registers depletion. The result is noticeably weaker suction while the LED still shows charge remaining. Clean or replace the filter first. If suction recovers, the battery was not the fault — the motor was drawing above its rated load.

Motor cuts out mid-session and then restarts after a short pause

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the nozzle is held against thick carpet or a blockage restricts airflow, current draw spikes past the BMS cutoff threshold and the battery disconnects the motor to protect the cells. After a few seconds the BMS resets and power returns. The cycle repeats if the restriction stays. Check the filter and nozzle for blockages before assuming a fault with the battery. A fully unobstructed airpath keeps current draw within the BMS operating window.
