This is a 14.4V Li-ion battery pack rated at 6700mAh (96.48Wh), built to fit the Onson J30 Pro cordless stick vacuum. It replaces the original pack when capacity fade shortens cleaning cycles or the vacuum stops holding charge altogether. Voltage and connector match the J30 Pro's motor and charging circuit directly.

• J30 Pro motor compatibility: The J30 Pro motor runs a 14.4V DC rail. Swapping to a lower or higher voltage pack trips the BMS or damages the motor controller. This cell matches that rail exactly, so the charging circuit and power cutoff logic behave the same as the factory pack.

Clean the filter first, then test suction under load — if it holds, the issue was restriction, not battery capacity.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a loose connection. When sustained suction against a blockage or heavily loaded carpet spikes motor current above the BMS cutoff limit, the pack shuts output and resets after a short thermal or timer delay. The vacuum appears to "restart" on its own. Clear the brush roll and filter before assuming the battery is faulty — if trips stop after clearing the restriction, the BMS is functioning correctly. If trips continue on a clear vacuum, check that the charger brought the pack to a full 16.8V before use.
