Proscenic 850T Mini — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 10.8V, 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Proscenic 850T Mini cordless handheld vacuum. It fits the 850T Mini's battery bay directly and works with the original charger. When the original cell degrades after repeated charge cycles, suction drops noticeably — this restores the motor's full voltage draw.

• 850T Mini motor platform: The 850T Mini runs a brushless suction motor sized for 10.8V. Drop below that rail under load and the motor slows, reducing airflow at the nozzle. This cell holds the voltage where it needs to be across the full discharge curve.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this battery through charge and discharge cycles on the 850T Mini. The BMS responded correctly to high-draw motor starts, held voltage above the cutoff threshold under carpet load, and accepted a full charge from the stock Proscenic charger without fault codes.
• Dock charging on the 850T Mini: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. The 850T Mini's dock trickle-charges continuously, which accelerates capacity fade in Li-ion cells faster than periodic full-charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove from the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when a partially blocked filter forces the motor to pull more current than its rated draw. The increased current causes voltage to sag mid-cycle — the battery indicator still reads mid-charge, but the motor is already running below optimal voltage. The suction drop feels like a dying battery, but the filter is usually the cause. Clear the filter and check whether full suction returns before replacing the battery.

Motor cuts out briefly then recovers during use

This is a BMS overcurrent trip. When suction is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or heavy carpet fibres — motor current spikes above the BMS protection threshold, and the battery cuts power to protect the cells. The BMS resets after a few seconds, which is why the motor recovers. Clear the blockage and confirm nozzle airflow is unrestricted. If cutouts continue on a clear filter, check battery voltage at rest — it should read at least 11.1V on a full charge.
