Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Vactidy T6 / T7 / T8 — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LS001-02)
This is a 10.8V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the Vactidy T6, T7, and T8 cordless stick vacuums. It uses OEM part number LS001-02 and slots directly into the same battery bay as the original. When the factory cell loses charge capacity after repeated cycles, this unit restores the vacuum to full operating voltage.
- T6, T7, and T8 shared platform: These three models run on the same 10.8V battery rail and use the same LS001-02 connector and BMS handshake. One replacement covers all three variants without any modification.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge and discharge cycles on the T6 motor assembly. The BMS held voltage steady under sustained suction load and tripped correctly when the motor drew above rated current during blockage simulation.
- Dock charging habit on the T6: Do not leave the vacuum sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge on cordless vacuums causes measurable capacity fade over weeks. Charge to full, then remove from the dock until the next use.
Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low on the T6
This happens when the motor draws more current than rated — usually caused by a partially blocked filter or full dustbin. The BMS reads elevated draw as an early low-voltage event and steps down power to the motor before the cell is actually depleted. Clean the filter and empty the bin first. If suction stabilises, the battery is not the fault. If the problem persists on a clean filter, check cell voltage under load — it should hold above 9.5V during normal suction.
Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When airflow is restricted — blocked nozzle, clogged filter, or hair wrapped around the brush roll — the motor strains and draws a spike of current. The BMS cuts power to protect the cell, then resets once current normalises. Clear the restriction before assuming the battery is faulty. If cut-outs continue on a fully clear airpath, the original cell may have degraded enough that internal resistance is causing voltage sag under normal load — at that point, replacement is the fix.

Frequently Asked Questions
My Vactidy T6 suction feels weak even though the battery shows it's not low — what's going on?
A partially blocked filter is the most common cause. When airflow is restricted, the motor works harder and draws more current than rated, which causes the BMS to quietly reduce power to the motor before the cell is actually depleted. Remove and tap out the filter, empty the dustbin, and check the nozzle for blockages. If suction recovers immediately, the battery is fine — the restriction was the problem.
The Vactidy T6 motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then comes back on its own — is the battery failing?
That cut-and-recover pattern is the BMS tripping on an overcurrent spike, not a dead cell. It happens when the brush roll is wrapped with hair or the nozzle is partially blocked, forcing the motor to surge above rated draw. Clear the brush roll and check the nozzle, then run the vacuum again. If cut-outs stop, the battery is not the issue — if they continue on a completely clear airpath, measure cell voltage under load; it should stay above 9.5V during normal suction.
My replacement LS001-02 battery won't charge on the Vactidy dock — the charger light just blinks or stays off.
Some Vactidy chargers expect a BMS handshake before initiating charge current. If the replacement cell arrived deeply discharged, the BMS may have shut down below the charger's minimum detection threshold. Connect the battery to the dock and leave it for 15–20 minutes — some chargers send a trickle pulse first to wake the BMS before switching to full charge current. If the light does not change state after that wait, verify the dock output voltage at the contacts with a multimeter; it should read between 12V and 12.6V DC at rest.
