Fits Proscenic LDS M7 Pro, M6, M7 LDS, and M7 Max robotic vacuums; replaces OEM part NR18650 M26-4S2P.
14.4V and 6700mAh capacity restores full motor power and navigation runtime on this four-cell series pack.
Battery slides into the dock-side slot with flat connector pins; locking tab seats flush against the housing.
We bench-tested the cell on dock charge cycles; BMS engaged protection correctly under sustained suction blockage without false cutoff.
Remove the vacuum from its charging dock immediately after reaching full charge — continuous dock connection causes capacity fade within weeks.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Proscenic LDS M7 Pro / M7 Max Series — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (NR18650 M26-4S2P)

This is a 14.4V, 6700mAh lithium-ion replacement battery for the Proscenic LDS M7 Pro, M6, M7 LDS, M7 Max, and compatible models. It powers both the cleaning motor and the onboard LDS navigation system. Capacity figures come from the product spec — 96.48Wh total stored energy.

  • LDS M7 Pro / M6 / M7 Max platform fit: These models share the same 14.4V battery rail, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol. One cell pack covers the full compatible range without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack on the M7 Pro through full discharge and recharge sequences. The BMS handshake completed correctly, and overcurrent protection triggered as expected under a simulated motor blockage load.
  • Dock charging habit on robot vacuums: Do not leave the M7 Pro sitting on the dock permanently between uses. Continuous trickle charging causes lithium cell capacity to degrade faster than normal cycle use. Charge to full, then remove the unit from the dock until the next scheduled run.

Suction dropping before the battery indicator reaches low

The M7 Pro's motor draws significantly more current when the filter is partially blocked or the dustbin is full. That elevated draw causes voltage to sag at the cell level, and the BMS interprets it as a low-charge condition before the actual state of charge warrants it. The motor throttles back to protect the cells, and suction falls off noticeably. Clean the filter and empty the bin — if suction recovers immediately, the battery is not the cause.

Motor cutting out mid-clean and then recovering on its own

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When the M7 Pro drives into heavy carpet or encounters a partial blockage, current draw spikes beyond the BMS threshold and the pack shuts output off momentarily. The BMS resets itself once current drops, which is why the motor restarts without you touching anything. Check the brush roll for hair wrap and confirm the filter is clean — sustained restriction is the trigger. If trips continue with a clear filter, measure pack voltage under load; a healthy pack at mid-charge should hold above 13.0V.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Proscenic M7 Pro loses suction halfway through a clean but the battery indicator still shows plenty of charge — what's happening?

The motor is drawing more current than normal, likely from a partially blocked filter or a tangled brush roll, which causes the cell voltage to sag and the vacuum to throttle back even though state of charge is fine. Clean the filter, clear the brush roll, and empty the bin before assuming the battery is at fault. If suction returns to full strength immediately after, the pack is not the problem. If sag continues with a clean filter, check pack voltage under load — it should stay above 13.0V during active cleaning.

The M7 Pro cuts out completely for a few seconds during cleaning, then starts again on its own — is the battery failing?

That self-resetting cutout is the BMS tripping its overcurrent protection, not a failing cell. It happens when sustained restricted airflow — usually a clogged filter or hair-wrapped brush — forces the motor to pull more amps than the BMS allows. The pack shuts output off, current drops, and the BMS resets, which is why the unit restarts without any input from you. Clear the restriction first; if trips continue on a clean filter, the pack may have developed a weak cell and should be tested at full charge.

I replaced the battery but the M7 Pro won't charge on the dock — the charger light just blinks and nothing happens?

Some Proscenic docks expect a specific BMS handshake before initiating charge; if the replacement pack's BMS does not complete that exchange, the charger holds off and blinks. First, seat the robot firmly on the dock and wait 60 seconds — some units need time to initialise the handshake. If the dock still won't charge, try connecting a compatible standalone charger directly to the pack terminals at 16.8V to wake the BMS from deep-discharge lockout, then return it to the dock.
