Fits RoboJet X-Force cordless vacuum cleaner and replaces OEM battery CS-PCM720VX for floor cleaning tasks.
14.4V and 6700mAh capacity delivers 96.48Wh to sustain motor torque on carpeted floors without mid-cycle dropoff.
Connector slides into the X-Force battery slot with positive terminal forward; locking tab engages on both sides.
We bench-tested this cell on full motor load; BMS held voltage stable under sustained suction, no early shutoff observed.
Remove the battery from the charging dock immediately after reaching full charge — continuous trickle charging degrades capacity faster than charge-and-disconnect cycles.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RoboJet X-Force — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery

This is a 14.4V Li-ion replacement battery rated at 6700mAh (96.48Wh) for the RoboJet X-Force cordless vacuum. It slots into the X-Force battery bay and connects to the onboard BMS the same way the original cell does. When the factory battery stops holding a useful charge, this unit restores the vacuum to working condition without replacing the whole machine.

  • X-Force platform fit: The X-Force runs a 14.4V motor rail that demands a battery with matching cell count and BMS communication. A mismatched voltage or incorrect BMS profile causes the vacuum to refuse to power on or cut out immediately under load. This battery matches both.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this battery under sustained suction load on the X-Force motor. The BMS held stable across filter-restriction stress tests — no nuisance overcurrent trips during normal use. Voltage stayed within operating window from full charge down to cutoff.
  • Dock charging habit on the X-Force: Do not leave the X-Force sitting on the charging dock permanently. Continuous trickle charge accelerates capacity fade on Li-ion cells faster than regular discharge-and-charge cycles. Charge to full, then remove it from the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens because the motor draws more current when airflow is restricted — dirty filters or a partial blockage force it to work harder than the BMS expects. As current draw climbs, cell voltage sags under load even though the battery still shows charge remaining. The BMS reads that sag as a low-voltage condition and throttles power to protect the cells. Clean or replace the filter first — this alone often restores full suction before you ever need a new battery.

Motor cuts out mid-clean and then recovers after a few seconds

That cut-and-recover pattern is the BMS tripping an overcurrent protection event, then resetting once current normalises. On the X-Force, sustained suction against a blocked filter or a tangled brush roll pulls the motor current above the BMS protection threshold. The BMS interprets this as a fault and shuts the output rail briefly. Clear the brush roll, check the filter condition, then confirm the battery resting voltage is above 12.0V before ruling out a cell fault.

Frequently Asked Questions

My RoboJet X-Force suction feels weak right after I put in the new battery — is something wrong with it?

A new battery is unlikely to be the cause. On the X-Force, weak suction almost always traces back to a restricted filter forcing the motor to draw above its rated current, which causes voltage sag under load. Pull the filter out, clean it thoroughly, and check the brush roll for tangled debris. If suction returns to normal after that, the battery is fine — the motor just wasn't getting clean airflow.

The X-Force battery fades noticeably after only a few months of use — why does this keep happening?

Li-ion cells in cordless vacuums degrade faster when kept on the dock continuously between uses. The charger delivers a trickle current to maintain 100% state of charge, and holding cells at full charge under even low heat accelerates capacity loss over time. Remove the vacuum from the dock once it reaches full charge and only return it when the battery is depleted. That single change significantly slows fade on the X-Force battery.

The X-Force won't turn on at all after sitting unused for several weeks — is the battery dead?

Extended storage can push Li-ion cells below the BMS re-initialisation threshold, which causes the battery to appear dead even if capacity remains. Connect the charger and leave it for at least 60 minutes — the BMS on many cordless vacuum batteries requires a slow recovery charge before it will allow output. If the charge indicator still shows no activity after that period, check that the charger output reads between 16V and 17V with a multimeter; a charger fault is just as likely as a cell fault at this stage.
