Fits RoboJet X-level and Force robotic vacuums; replaces OEM part INR18650-4S1P battery packs.
14.4V 5200mAh lithium-ion pack delivers 74.88Wh to sustain motor torque on carpet and bare floors.
Connector seats into the dock contact rails with a forward-insert orientation; locking tab engages top-rear slot.
We bench-tested this cell on the RoboJet charging platform; BMS accepted full charge sequence without fault codes or voltage regulation cycling.
Do not leave this vacuum on the dock continuously after charging — trickle current degrades capacity faster than normal cycling; charge fully and remove.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

RoboJet X-level / Force — 14.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (INR18650-4S1P)

This is a 14.4V, 5200mAh Li-ion replacement battery pack for the RoboJet X-level and Force robotic vacuum cleaners. It replaces the original INR18650-4S1P pack that powers the motor, brushroll, and navigation systems. Capacity figure is taken from the product data — 74.88Wh total energy.

  • X-level and Force compatibility: Both models run the same 14.4V motor rail and use the identical INR18650-4S1P 4S1P cell configuration. The connector pinout and BMS communication protocol match across both platforms, so one pack covers either unit without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through full charge and discharge cycles on a RoboJet X-level unit. The BMS engaged correctly at low-voltage cutoff and the motor controller received a clean handshake on startup — no fault codes triggered during our cycle testing.
  • Dock charging habit on robotic vacuums: Do not leave the RoboJet sitting on its charging dock permanently. Robotic vacuums parked continuously on dock develop capacity fade faster than units charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then lift it off the dock.

Cordless vacuum losing suction before the battery indicator reaches low

This happens when the motor draws more current than rated — usually from a partially blocked filter or restricted airflow path. Under sustained high draw, the BMS reads cell voltage sag as a low-battery condition and throttles output before the indicator catches up. The vacuum feels weak even though the display shows charge remaining. Clean the filter and check the brushroll for obstructions before assuming the battery is at fault.

Motor cuts out mid-clean then recovers after a few seconds

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. When suction is restricted — clogged filter, tangled brushroll, or carpet fibres blocking the intake — the motor current spikes beyond the pack's rated threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets once current drops. Fix the restriction first. If the cutout persists on a clear filter, measure resting voltage at the pack terminals — a healthy 14.4V pack should read between 16.4V and 16.8V fully charged.

Frequently Asked Questions

My RoboJet X-level shows a full charge but drops suction within the first few minutes — is the new battery faulty?

Not necessarily. The most common cause is a partially blocked filter forcing the motor to draw above its rated current, which triggers a BMS voltage sag that reads as low capacity. Remove and clean the filter completely, then run another cycle. If suction holds after that, the battery is fine — the motor was simply working harder than the pack could sustain cleanly under restriction.

The RoboJet motor keeps cutting out and restarting every 30 seconds during a clean — what's causing that?

That's a recurring BMS overcurrent trip. Each time airflow is restricted enough to spike motor current past the pack's cutoff threshold, the BMS shuts output and resets. Check the brushroll for tangled hair or debris and clear the intake path fully. If the cycling stops after clearing the blockage, the pack is operating correctly — the BMS was doing its job.

My original RoboJet battery degraded fast even though I charged it regularly — how do I avoid the same problem with this replacement?

Continuous dock parking is the main cause of accelerated capacity fade in robotic vacuums. The trickle current the dock maintains after a full charge stresses the cells over time. With this replacement pack, charge it to full and then remove the unit from the dock — only return it to dock when the battery is depleted or near-depleted. That single habit significantly slows cell degradation across the pack's charge cycle life.
