The pack cools slightly during the pause, the BMS resets, and the vacuum powers back on. Fix the restriction first: empty the dust cup, clear the nozzle, and check the filter. If the cutout continues on open hard floor with a clean filter, the cells may have degraded below the current threshold the BMS expects at 32.4V full charge.
