Battery Care Tips
Battery Care Tips
🔹 Getting Started
Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.
🔹 Keep It Healthy
Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping
🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Valubot K100 — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SUN-INTE-321)
This is a 10.8V Li-ion battery rated at 2600mAh (28.08Wh), built to replace the original pack in the Valubot K100 cordless stick vacuum. It fits the K100 directly and restores cordless floor cleaning operation when the original cell has degraded or failed. Voltage and capacity match the OEM specification.
- K100 platform fit: The K100 runs a 10.8V motor rail with a specific BMS handshake at the connector. This replacement carries the same voltage profile and cell configuration, so the vacuum's power management circuit recognises the pack and allows normal operation.
- Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated charge and discharge passes on a K100-class load. The BMS handled overcurrent events correctly — tripping and recovering without locking out — and cell voltage stayed stable across the discharge curve.
- Dock charging on the K100: Do not leave the K100 sitting on the charging dock continuously. Cordless vacuums on permanent dock charge accumulate trickle-charge stress faster than devices charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock.
Motor cutting out mid-clean on the K100
If the K100 motor stops abruptly and then restarts after a few seconds, the BMS has tripped on an overcurrent event — not a dead battery. Restricted airflow forces the motor to draw more current than the pack's rated threshold. The BMS reads this as a fault and cuts the circuit. Clear the filter and check the brush roll for blockages before assuming the battery is at fault.
Suction dropping well before the battery indicator shows low
This is voltage sag under load, not a sudden capacity failure. A partially blocked filter increases motor resistance, which pulls more current and causes the cell voltage to drop faster than the indicator circuit tracks. The indicator measures resting voltage, not the loaded voltage the motor actually sees. Clean the filter first — if suction still weakens early, check that cell voltage under load stays above 9.0V with a multimeter at the battery terminals.

Frequently Asked Questions
The K100 charges fine but suction fades well before the battery light turns red — what's happening?
The battery indicator on the K100 reads resting cell voltage, not the voltage the motor sees under load. A restricted filter forces the motor to draw more current, which drags the loaded voltage down faster than the indicator tracks. The vacuum loses usable power while the indicator still shows adequate charge. Clean the filter fully and retest — if sag continues, check loaded voltage at the battery terminals, which should stay above 9.0V mid-cycle.
My K100 motor stops for a few seconds then starts again on its own — is the battery faulty?
This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a failed cell. When airflow is restricted — blocked filter, tangled brush roll, or a clogged floor head — the motor draws beyond the pack's current threshold and the BMS cuts the circuit temporarily to protect the cells. It resets once current drops. Clear the obstruction first. If the motor cuts out on a clean, unrestricted machine, the BMS trip threshold may be triggering on motor start surge — contact the retailer with the loaded voltage reading.
The replacement battery won't charge on the K100 dock — the charger light just blinks or stays off.
Some K100 chargers send a handshake signal before delivering a charge current — if the BMS in the replacement pack doesn't respond within the expected window, the charger stays off or blinks a fault code. First, try charging the pack directly with a compatible 10.8V Li-ion charger at 0.5A to bring the cell voltage up to at least 10.0V. Once the cells are above the detection threshold, return it to the dock. If the dock still refuses to charge, verify the dock output voltage is reaching 12.6V with a multimeter at the charging pins.
