Valubot K100 — 10.8V Li-ion Replacement Battery (SUN-INTE-321)

This is a 10.8V Li-ion battery rated at 2600mAh (28.08Wh), built to replace the original pack in the Valubot K100 cordless stick vacuum. It fits the K100 directly and restores cordless floor cleaning operation when the original cell has degraded or failed. Voltage and capacity match the OEM specification.

• K100 platform fit: The K100 runs a 10.8V motor rail with a specific BMS handshake at the connector. This replacement carries the same voltage profile and cell configuration, so the vacuum's power management circuit recognises the pack and allows normal operation.
• Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this pack through repeated charge and discharge passes on a K100-class load. The BMS handled overcurrent events correctly — tripping and recovering without locking out — and cell voltage stayed stable across the discharge curve.
• Dock charging on the K100: Do not leave the K100 sitting on the charging dock continuously. Cordless vacuums on permanent dock charge accumulate trickle-charge stress faster than devices charged only when depleted. Charge to full, then remove the vacuum from the dock.

Motor cutting out mid-clean on the K100

If the K100 motor stops abruptly and then restarts after a few seconds, the BMS has tripped on an overcurrent event — not a dead battery. Restricted airflow forces the motor to draw more current than the pack's rated threshold. The BMS reads this as a fault and cuts the circuit. Clear the filter and check the brush roll for blockages before assuming the battery is at fault.

Suction dropping well before the battery indicator shows low

This is voltage sag under load, not a sudden capacity failure. A partially blocked filter increases motor resistance, which pulls more current and causes the cell voltage to drop faster than the indicator circuit tracks. The indicator measures resting voltage, not the loaded voltage the motor actually sees. Clean the filter first — if suction still weakens early, check that cell voltage under load stays above 9.0V with a multimeter at the battery terminals.
