Fits Aierxuan G1 and G2 notebooks; replaces OEM part number K36.
14.8V, 4000mAh Li-Polymer cell delivers 59.2Wh to sustain full CPU and display load.
Connector and locking tab match original G1 layout; no adapter needed for direct swap.
We bench-tested this K36 cell against the G1 motherboard — BMS accepted the new pack on insertion with no fault codes.
After installation, run one full discharge to hibernate cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears inaccurate health warnings.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Aierxuan G1 / G2 — 14.8V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (K36)

This is a 14.8V, 4000mAh (59.2Wh) Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Aierxuan G1 and G2 laptops. It replaces OEM part number K36. When the original cell degrades and the laptop loses portability, this cell restores full mobile operation.

  • G1 and G2 compatibility: Both the G1 and G2 share the K36 battery form factor — same voltage rail, same connector pinout, and same BMS handshake protocol. One cell covers both models without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the G-series platform. The BMS communicated correctly with the system, reporting state-of-charge without triggering fault flags or cutoff errors under normal CPU and display load.
  • First-cycle reset after install: After fitting this cell, run the laptop down to hibernate cutoff — do not force shutdown — then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This forces the BIOS battery learn cycle to reset against the new cell and clears the inaccurate health warning that appears after every cell swap.

BIOS reporting battery health as poor immediately after replacement

The BIOS stores health data from the previous cell in EEPROM. When a new cell goes in, that stale data persists — the system flags the battery as degraded before it has run a single cycle. This is not a fault with the replacement cell. Run one full discharge-to-hibernate followed by a full uninterrupted charge. After one or two complete cycles, the BIOS recalibrates and the health warning clears.

Laptop shutting down at 20–30% charge shown on screen

This happens when the fuel gauge IC has not yet calibrated against the new cell's actual discharge curve. The percentage shown is based on the old cell's curve, so the system hits a voltage cliff before the gauge reaches zero. The fix is two full discharge-to-hibernate and full-recharge cycles without interruption. After calibration, the gauge tracks accurately and the early shutdowns stop — confirm by checking that the cell holds above 10.5V at the 10% mark.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my Aierxuan G1 show the battery as "unknown" or 0% right after I installed the new K36 cell?

The BIOS is reading EEPROM data written by the old cell — the new cell hasn't run a learn cycle yet, so the system can't map its state-of-charge. Run the laptop down to hibernate cutoff, then charge it uninterrupted to 100%. After that first complete cycle, the BIOS registers the new cell correctly and the unknown or 0% reading clears.

System info shows the wrong Wh rating after fitting this replacement — it says something lower than 59.2Wh. Is the cell faulty?

The Wh figure in system info is pulled from EEPROM data carried over from the original cell, not measured from the new one. The physical cell in this listing is rated at 59.2Wh. Run two full discharge and recharge cycles and the reported figure will update as the fuel gauge IC builds an accurate profile of the new cell's actual capacity.

My G2 laptop charges to 100% fine but drops to around 80% within minutes of unplugging — what's wrong?

This points to the fuel gauge IC still running against the old cell's discharge curve, causing it to compress the top portion of the reported range. It is not a fault in the replacement cell. Do two full discharge-to-hibernate cycles followed by uninterrupted charges to 100% — this forces the IC to re-map the curve. If the drop persists after two calibration cycles, check that the BIOS charge-limit setting is not set to 80% under a battery-care or longevity mode in the firmware.
