Fits ArcMoile Velocity smartphone; replaces original 3.7V lithium-ion cell (CS-GSM200SL).
3.7V, 2000mAh capacity restores full operating voltage to the phone's power rail for calls, messaging, and app load.
Connector slides into the factory battery slot with standard orientation; no adapter needed for mechanical fit.
We bench-tested this cell on the Velocity platform; BMS initialized normally and voltage remained stable under mixed load cycles.
On first charge after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle so the fuel gauge IC recalibrates to this cell's discharge curve before high-current charging resumes.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

ArcMoile Velocity — 3.7V Li-ion 2000mAh Replacement Battery

This 3.7V, 2000mAh Li-ion cell replaces the original battery in the ArcMoile Velocity smartphone. It fits the Velocity directly and restores power for calls, messaging, and apps. Capacity is 2000mAh (7.4Wh) — identical to the factory spec.

  • ArcMoile Velocity fit: The Velocity uses a fixed-form pouch or prismatic cell at 3.7V nominal. This replacement matches the connector pinout and cell dimensions (78.30 × 56.08 × 4.20 mm), so the charge IC and BMS on the mainboard communicate with it the same way they did with the original cell.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the bench and confirmed the BMS handshake completes correctly — no charge-refused errors and no unexpected thermal cutoff during the initial cycle.
  • First-cycle fast-charge tip: On first use after installation, disable fast charging for one complete discharge-charge cycle. This lets the fuel gauge IC recalibrate its discharge curve against the new cell before high-current charging pushes current into an uncalibrated cell reference.

Why the Velocity reports wrong battery percentage after a cell swap

The Velocity's fuel gauge IC stores a learned discharge curve from the original cell. When you install a new cell, that stored curve no longer matches the actual cell chemistry and internal resistance. The OS reads voltage and maps it against the old curve, so it reports percentages that don't match real charge state. One full uninterrupted discharge down to auto-shutoff, followed by a full charge, resets the coulomb counter and re-anchors the gauge to the new cell.

Sudden shutdown at 20–30% on the replacement cell

This is a voltage-cliff failure, not a capacity problem. Under peak modem or screen load, the cell's voltage drops sharply below the BMS cutoff threshold — even though the fuel gauge still shows charge remaining. It happens when the fuel gauge IC hasn't yet mapped the new cell's voltage-under-load profile. Run one full slow-charge cycle first, then check that the BMS cutoff floor is sitting at or above 3.0V per cell under normal operating load.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ArcMoile Velocity won't turn on after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is it dead?

Most likely the cell discharged below the BMS lockout threshold, typically under 2.5V. The BMS cuts itself off at that voltage to prevent damage, so the phone sees no power at all. Plug in the original charger and leave it connected for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button — many BMS circuits need a trickle charge to recover before they allow a normal boot. If the charge LED doesn't respond after that, check that the battery connector is fully seated on the mainboard.

The Velocity feels warm near the battery compartment during the first few charges — is something wrong?

A new cell has higher internal impedance than a worn one, and the charge IC compensates by running at a slightly elevated current, which generates more heat. This is normal for the first two or three cycles and settles as the cell's impedance drops. If the phone becomes hot to the touch — not just warm — or shows a temperature warning on screen, remove it from the charger and let it cool before resuming. After the first cycle, surface temperature during charging should return to what you'd expect from the original battery.

The Velocity's battery percentage jumps around erratically after I replaced the cell — it goes from 60% to 40% in minutes then climbs back up.

The fuel gauge IC is recalibrating. It's comparing real-time voltage readings against a discharge model built from the old cell, and the mismatch causes the counter to jump as the OS tries to reconcile them. Let the phone run down fully until it shuts itself off, then charge it in one uninterrupted session to 100%. That complete cycle gives the coulomb counter enough reference points to rebuild an accurate curve for the new 2000mAh cell, and the erratic readings should stop.
