Fits Asus ZenWatch 2 model WI502QF, replacing OEM part 0B200-01760100.
3.7V, 270mAh lithium-polymer cell restores full sensor and display power to the smartwatch.
Connector seats flat against the internal charge pads with no locking tab required.
We bench-tested this cell in the ZenWatch 2 platform; BMS accepted the new pack without fault codes.
After fitting the new cell, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and charge to 100% before first use — the fuel gauge IC on Asus smartwatch platforms cannot calibrate without a full charge cycle from near-zero after a cell swap.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Asus ZenWatch 2 WI502QF — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (C11N1541)

This 3.7V, 270mAh lithium-polymer cell replaces the original battery in the Asus ZenWatch 2 (WI502QF). It fits the 25.65 x 25.80 x 3.96mm cavity and connects to the same BMS board that manages the display, heart rate sensor, and Bluetooth radio. OEM part numbers covered: 0B200-01760100 and C11N1541 1ICP4/26/25.

  • WI502QF platform fit: The ZenWatch 2 WI502QF uses a square form-factor cell with a specific connector orientation tied to its fuel gauge IC. This cell matches that footprint and connector pin-out exactly — the BMS handshake completes without error codes on the watch OS.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the ZenWatch 2 platform. The BMS accepted the new cell, the fuel gauge initialised correctly after a full charge cycle, and charge termination triggered cleanly at 4.2V.
  • Post-swap charge requirement: After fitting this cell, place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and charge to 100% before use. The fuel gauge IC on the ZenWatch 2 loses its reference point when the cell is removed — it cannot report accurate percentages until it runs one full charge cycle from near-zero.

Why the ZenWatch 2 charge contacts fail to connect after reassembly

The ZenWatch 2 uses a magnetic pogo-pin charger that seats against two contact points on the watch case back. When the rear cover is reseated after a battery swap, even a half-millimetre shift in the back plate can misalign those contacts. The watch will sit on the charger and show no charging indicator, which looks like a dead battery but is actually a mechanical alignment issue. Press the watch firmly onto the charger and rotate it slightly — if the LED or charging icon appears, realign and reseat the back cover before closing it fully.

Watch not pairing with phone after battery replacement

Removing the battery cuts power to the BLE radio mid-session, which causes the ZenWatch 2 to drop its stored pairing credentials on some firmware versions. The phone retains the old pairing record, but the watch no longer recognises it — so the connection attempt silently fails. Fix this by going into your phone's Bluetooth settings, forgetting the ZenWatch 2 entry, then re-initiating pairing from the Asus ZenWatch app. The watch should appear as a new device within 30 seconds of entering pairing mode.

Frequently Asked Questions

My ZenWatch 2 shows 0% and won't turn on after I put the new battery in — did I get a dead cell?

The cell is almost certainly fine. The ZenWatch 2's fuel gauge IC loses its voltage reference when the old battery is disconnected, so after a swap it reads 0% regardless of actual charge. Place the watch on its magnetic charger immediately and leave it until the display confirms 100%. Once that full cycle completes, the gauge re-calibrates and the watch powers on normally.

The new battery is draining in about a day — the old one used to last two or three days even when it was worn out. What's causing this?

Always-on display combined with continuous heart rate monitoring is the most common cause. The ZenWatch 2's HR sensor runs a constant optical pulse, and if the display timeout is set to "always on" in ZenWatch settings, those two loads together account for the majority of the draw. Check the display mode setting first and set HR monitoring to periodic rather than continuous — that combination typically cuts drain significantly without losing core functionality.

After the battery swap, the watch sits on the charger but shows no charging indicator at all.

This is almost always a contact alignment issue, not a battery or charger fault. The magnetic pogo-pin charger requires the two contact points on the case back to seat squarely against the charger pads. Press the watch firmly onto the charger and rotate it a few degrees — if the charging icon appears, the back cover shifted slightly during reassembly. Open the case back, reseat it squarely, and check that the adhesive or clips are fully engaged before closing.
