A new Li-ion cell arrives with slightly higher internal impedance than a broken-in cell. During the first charge cycle, the charge IC pushes current into that higher-impedance cell, and some energy converts to heat rather than stored charge. The battery is not faulty. The phone's fuel gauge IC is still running the discharge curve it learned from the old cell, so the percentage reading is off from the start. Run one complete discharge — let the phone drain until it shuts off on its own — then charge it to 100% without interruption. That single cycle gives the coulomb counter enough data to recalibrate against the new cell's actual voltage curve.
The VIVO I530 won't power on after the BK-BL-5C battery sat in storage for a few months — what happened?
Li-ion cells self-discharge in storage, and if voltage dropped below roughly 2.5V, the BMS has locked the cell out to prevent damage. Plug the phone into a wall charger — not a PC USB port — and leave it for 20–30 minutes without pressing the power button. Most VIVO charger ICs will trickle current into the locked-out cell until voltage recovers to the point where the BMS releases and normal charging resumes. If the screen shows nothing after 30 minutes, try a different cable and confirm the charger outputs at least 5V/1A.
