Fits Divoom Aurabulb speaker and replaces OEM battery AHB603448.
3.7V 1000mAh Li-Polymer cell delivers full audio and RGB lighting output without voltage sag during high-volume playback.
Connector is soldered directly to the battery terminals — no plug interface on this unit.
We cycled the pack through ten full discharge-recharge curves on the Aurabulb; BMS accepted charge without fault codes and held stable voltage under combined amplifier and Bluetooth load.
On first charge with this Li-Polymer cell, use a 0.5A charger input (the Aurabulb's standard USB-C input) and do not interrupt the charge cycle — interrupting resets the fuel gauge calibration on this speaker's firmware.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Divoom Aurabulb — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (AHB603448)

This is a 3.7V 1000mAh Li-Polymer replacement battery for the Divoom Aurabulb smart LED speaker. It restores wireless audio playback and RGB lighting functions after the original cell degrades from repeated charge cycles. Capacity matches the factory spec at 1000mAh (3.7Wh).

  • Aurabulb fit: The Aurabulb runs its Bluetooth audio, LED lighting, and app control from a single 3.7V Li-Polymer cell. The AHB603448 matches the original cell's footprint at 49.00 × 33.60 × 6.00mm and connects to the same BMS circuit that handles charge regulation and low-voltage cutoff.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled the cell under combined amplifier and LED load. The BMS held cutoff correctly at the low-voltage threshold and did not trip during the RGB lighting pulse draw that occurs during colour transitions.
  • Monthly full-discharge tip for the Aurabulb: The Aurabulb is typically left on a desk and topped off constantly. Let the cell drop below 20% at least once a month before recharging — continuous shallow cycling without a full discharge causes fuel gauge drift and accelerates capacity fade on the Li-Polymer cell.

Bluetooth dropping at high volume on the Aurabulb

At high volume, the amplifier draws a sharp current spike that combines with the Bluetooth radio draw. On a degraded cell, this combined load pulls the cell voltage below the radio's operating floor, and the Bluetooth stack drops the connection. The speaker may reconnect immediately, which makes the cause easy to misread as a firmware issue. If disconnects only happen above 70% volume, the cell's internal resistance has risen enough that a replacement cell will fix it.

Audio distorting before the battery indicator reaches empty

This happens when the cell's voltage sags under amplifier load before the fuel gauge registers empty. The amplifier clips because the supply rail drops below the threshold needed for clean output, even though the indicator still shows charge remaining. It is a sign the cell's capacity has faded and its internal resistance has increased. Charge the new cell to 4.2V before first use to confirm the fuel gauge recalibrates to the correct full-charge reference point.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Aurabulb shows a full charge but audio drops after playing for a while — is the battery at fault?

Yes, this is capacity fade from shallow cycling. A cell that has been repeatedly topped off without a full discharge loses usable capacity while the fuel gauge still reads full. The indicator becomes unreliable because the gauge is calibrated to a cell that no longer holds its original charge. Let the new cell drain below 20% once before recharging to reset the gauge baseline.

The Aurabulb won't wake up when I plug it in via USB after leaving it unused for weeks — what's wrong?

A deeply discharged Li-Polymer cell can fall below the minimum voltage that USB charging circuits will accept, so the charger does nothing and the speaker appears dead. The BMS blocks charging to protect a cell that has self-discharged too far. If the cell is not yet damaged, a bench charger applying a slow pre-charge at around 2.5–3.0V can bring it back above the USB acceptance threshold. If the cell does not respond within 30 minutes of trickle input, replace it.

The Aurabulb gets noticeably warm during long play sessions — is that a battery issue or something else?

Both the amplifier and the discharging Li-Polymer cell generate heat, and the Aurabulb's compact housing traps it. The battery itself runs warmer as discharge current increases with volume. That heat accelerates cell degradation over time, especially if the housing has no airflow gap. Keep the speaker out of enclosed spaces during extended play and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight — sustained heat above 45°C shortens the cell's cycle life measurably.
