Fits Hasee Q100, Q100C, Q100P notebooks; replaces OEM part 23-050430-00 and equivalent variants SA20060-01-1020, 23-050250-00, 23-050431-00.
11.1V 4400mAh lithium-ion delivers 48.84Wh; matches original output for full CPU and display load without voltage sag.
Connector seats flush into the battery slot with positive and negative contacts aligned; locking tab secures pack against accidental ejection.
We ran full discharge-to-cutoff cycles on bench; BMS held stable voltage curve until final 5% then dropped cleanly without early shutdown.
After installation, run one full discharge to hibernation cutoff then charge uninterrupted to 100% — this resets the BIOS battery learn cycle and clears inaccurate health warnings that appear after cell swaps.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Hasee Q100 Series — 11.1V Li-ion Replacement Battery (23-050430-00)

This 11.1V, 4400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the original pack in the Hasee Q100, Q100C, and Q100P notebooks. It matches the OEM voltage and capacity spec at 48.84Wh. Install it when the original cell no longer sustains a charge or the laptop won't run unplugged.

  • Q100, Q100C, Q100P compatibility: All three models share the same 11.1V three-cell architecture, connector pinout, and BMS communication protocol — which is why one SKU covers the full range. The BMS on each model runs the same handshake sequence at power-on.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through a full charge and discharge cycle on a Q100 unit. The BMS accepted the pack without faults, the charge controller reached 100%, and the protection circuit tripped correctly at low-voltage cutoff.
  • First-cycle reset after installation: After fitting this battery, run the laptop down to hibernate cutoff on normal use, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. This forces the BIOS to complete a battery learn cycle and clears the inaccurate health warning that appears after every cell swap on this platform.

BIOS reporting poor battery health immediately after replacement

The Q100's BIOS reads health data stored in the battery pack's EEPROM. When a new cell arrives, that EEPROM contains factory defaults that don't match the laptop's learned charge profile — so the system flags it as degraded. This is a data mismatch, not a fault with the cell itself. One full discharge-to-hibernate followed by an uninterrupted charge to 100% lets the BIOS rewrite its internal battery table and clears the warning.

Laptop shuts down at 20–30% charge shown on the gauge

This happens when the fuel gauge IC on the motherboard hasn't calibrated against the new cell's actual voltage curve. The IC is still using the old cell's discharge profile, so it misreads remaining capacity and triggers shutdown early. It typically corrects itself after two to three full discharge-and-charge cycles. If it persists after three cycles, check that the battery contacts are clean and the pack is reading at or above 11.1V at the connector before charging begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Hasee Q100 shows the battery as "unknown" or 0% right after fitting the new pack — what's happening?

The Q100's BIOS reads identity and state-of-charge data from the battery's EEPROM. A freshly installed cell carries factory defaults that the system doesn't recognise yet, so it reports unknown or 0% until it completes a learn cycle. Run the laptop down to hibernate on normal use, then charge uninterrupted to 100%. After one full cycle, the BIOS rewrites its battery table and the reading normalises.

The system info panel shows the wrong Wh rating for this battery — it doesn't match the 48.84Wh spec. Is the cell faulty?

No — the Wh figure displayed in Windows or the BIOS is pulled from the EEPROM's rated value, which reflects the cell chemistry at the factory reference temperature, not the actual measured capacity under your system load. The 48.84Wh spec in the product data is the correct nominal figure for this pack. The displayed Wh value often differs by a small margin across cell batches and does not indicate a fault with the battery.

The Q100 battery stopped charging above 80% after the first few days — did something go wrong during installation?

Charge stopping at 80% on a Hasee Q100 is almost always a BIOS-controlled charge limit, not a fault with the replacement cell. Some firmware versions ship with a battery conservation or threshold mode enabled that caps charging to extend long-term cell life. Go into the Hasee power management utility or BIOS power settings and check whether a charge limit or conservation mode is active. Disabling it will allow the battery to charge to 100%.
