Fits Logitech UE ROLL speaker and replaces OEM battery part number 533-000122.
3.7V, 2200mAh lithium-ion cell delivers full capacity for continuous Bluetooth playback without voltage sag.
Connector seats flush into the speaker's battery slot with a single retention tab on the housing.
We ran a full discharge cycle on the bench — the BMS held steady voltage through final amperage draw.
Discharge the cell to below 20% at least once monthly before recharging to prevent fuel gauge drift from shallow cycling.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Logitech UE ROLL / WS600 Series — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (533-000122)

This 3.7V 2200mAh Li-ion cell replaces part number 533-000122 in the Logitech UE ROLL and WS600 series portable Bluetooth speakers. It fits the WS600, WS600BL, and WS600VI variants alongside the standard UE ROLL. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a charge or the speaker shuts down well before the indicator reaches empty.

  • UE ROLL and WS600 compatibility: All models in this group share the same flat cell footprint, connector pinout, and BMS handshake voltage. The 67.03 × 21.52 × 18.50mm cell slots into the same bay across each variant without modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through charge and discharge on the UE ROLL platform and confirmed the BMS accepted the cell, reported charge state correctly, and held voltage under combined amplifier and Bluetooth radio draw without triggering a low-voltage cutoff prematurely.
  • Discharge cycling for the UE ROLL: The UE ROLL spends most of its life sitting charged between uses. Let the cell drain below 20% at least once a month before recharging — constant top-off charging without a full discharge cycle causes fuel gauge drift and accelerates capacity fade on the Li-ion cell.

Why the UE ROLL cuts out at high volume even on a fresh charge

At maximum volume the amplifier draws a sharp current spike at the same moment the Bluetooth radio is transmitting. On a degraded cell, that combined load pulls the terminal voltage below the BMS cutoff threshold momentarily, and the speaker shuts off or drops the Bluetooth connection. A new cell with lower internal resistance handles the spike without the voltage dip that triggers cutoff. If you see drop-outs only at high volume and not at moderate levels, this is the cause — not the speaker hardware.

Speaker reports full charge but audio distorts before the indicator hits empty

This symptom points to voltage sag from a worn cell, not a software glitch. As internal resistance rises with age, the cell's terminal voltage drops under load even when the resting voltage still reads high — the fuel gauge sees the resting voltage and reports a full pack, but the amplifier sees a sagging rail under draw. That sag causes the amplifier to clip before the indicator reaches critical. Replace the cell and the resting voltage and load voltage will realign, clearing the distortion.

Frequently Asked Questions

My UE ROLL plays fine at low volume but audio breaks up or the speaker cuts off when I turn it up — why does this only happen at high volume?

High volume drives the amplifier and Bluetooth radio simultaneously, and that combined current spike is enough to pull a degraded cell's terminal voltage below the BMS protection threshold for a fraction of a second. The BMS reads this as a fault and interrupts output. A new cell with lower internal resistance supplies the spike without the voltage drop that triggers the cutoff. If the drop-outs stop at moderate volume but return above 70%, the cell is the cause — not the driver or the speaker body.

The UE ROLL shows a full battery indicator but audio starts distorting long before it reaches empty — what is actually happening?

The fuel gauge reads resting voltage, which stays relatively high on an aged cell even when the cell can no longer hold its voltage under load. Under amplifier draw, terminal voltage sags below what the amplifier needs for a clean output rail, and clipping starts. The indicator hasn't caught up because it isn't measuring load voltage. Fit a replacement cell and check that the speaker runs cleanly through to roughly 3.0V under load before the indicator drops to critical.

My UE ROLL used to last through a full day outside — now it dies much sooner even though I always keep it topped up. Is constant charging causing this?

Yes. Charging from 80–100% repeatedly without letting the cell discharge past 50% compresses Li-ion chemistry into a narrow high-voltage band, which accelerates capacity fade and causes the fuel gauge to drift. The cell's actual usable capacity shrinks while the indicator still reports nearly full. Run the speaker down below 20% at least once a month before recharging to recalibrate the gauge and slow further fade. If capacity has already dropped significantly, a replacement cell is the only fix — cycling the old cell cannot recover lost capacity.
