This is a 14.4V 2600mAh Li-ion replacement battery for the RobZone Moppy 2.0 and Moppy 2.0 Profi cordless stick vacuums. It matches OEM part numbers B6006 and BTX-B6006. Swap it in when the original cell no longer holds a charge or suction drops off well before the indicator hits low.

This is a BMS overcurrent trip, not a dead battery. Sustained restricted suction — usually a blocked filter or a near-full dust cup — forces the motor to pull beyond the BMS current threshold. The BMS cuts power to protect the cells, then resets once current demand drops. It feels intermittent because the trip and reset cycle repeats. Clear the blockage, empty the cup, and confirm the filter is seated correctly; if the cutout stops, the cell is fine.

The Moppy 2.0 motor keeps cutting out for a few seconds then restarting on its own — is this a faulty battery?
Not necessarily. The BMS trips when current draw spikes past its threshold — most often caused by a full dust cup or a clogged filter forcing the motor to work harder. Once the overcurrent condition clears, the BMS resets and power returns, which is why it feels like a random fault. Empty the dust cup, seat the filter correctly, and retest; if the cutouts stop, the cell is operating as expected.
My replacement B6006 battery fades noticeably faster than the original did when it was new — what causes that?
The most common cause is continuous dock charging. Leaving the Moppy plugged into the dock after it reaches full charge exposes the cells to prolonged trickle current, which degrades capacity faster than normal charge-discharge cycling. Charge the battery to full, then remove it from the dock. If the pack was stored for a long period before use, run two or three full charge-discharge cycles to let the BMS calibrate its state-of-charge readings accurately.
