This is a 7.7V, 4650mAh (35.81Wh) lithium-polymer cell for the Wooking Jiasha ST Pro laptop. It replaces the original battery when the existing cell no longer holds a charge or fails to power the notebook away from mains. Dimensions are 249.60 x 49.10 x 5.00mm — match these against your current cell before installing.

The Jiasha ST Pro stops charging at 80% and won't go higher — is the replacement cell defective?

A charge ceiling at 80% is almost always a BIOS-controlled charge limit, not a fault with the cell itself. Many slim notebooks ship with battery conservation mode enabled by default, which caps charge to extend the cell's calendar life.
