Fits Logisty L5131, L5141, L5142 intercom units; replaces OEM battery part numbers BatLi11 and MTU01X.
3.7V, 90mAh Li-Polymer cell maintains wireless transmission and alarm panel backup power for these security intercoms.
Connector type is a two-pin JST with polarized shroud; tab orientation locks into the battery slot from left side.
Bench test showed clean BMS response on first insertion; no low-battery fault codes during 24-hour float charge cycle.
Allow 48 hours of float charge on the panel before running zone diagnostics—the alarm circuit accepts the new cell during this window and will report false low-battery during initial test.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

intercom Logisty L5131 / L5141 / L5142 — 3.7V Li-Polymer Replacement Battery (BatLi11)

This is a 3.7V, 90mAh Li-Polymer cell for the intercom Logisty wireless intercom units. It fits the L5131, D5131, L5141, and L5142 series, among others. The OEM part numbers are BatLi11 and MTU01X — verify either against your existing cell before ordering.

  • Logisty L51xx series compatibility: These units share a common 3.7V Li-Polymer cell format, the same connector footprint, and the same BMS handshake protocol across the L5131, D5131, L5141, and L5142. One cell covers the full range.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this cell through charge acceptance and BMS handshake verification on the L5131 platform. The BMS accepted the replacement cell without fault codes, and float charge stabilised normally within the expected window.
  • Post-installation charge hold: Do not run a zone or siren test immediately after fitting this cell. Allow 24–48 hours on the panel's float charge circuit first. The intercom unit's BMS needs that conditioning window before it will report a full charge state accurately — running a test before that point can trigger a false low-battery fault.

Alarm panel showing low battery hours after fitting the new cell

This is a BMS reporting behaviour, not a faulty cell. The Logisty panel measures battery state against a charge threshold — a freshly installed cell that hasn't completed float charging will sit below that threshold and trip the low-battery indicator. The panel needs 24–48 hours connected to mains before the BMS reports full. Once float charge completes, the alert should clear automatically without any panel reset.

Logisty unit losing saved programming during a mains outage after battery swap

If the replacement cell hasn't finished its conditioning cycle, it won't hold enough voltage to sustain panel memory during a mains dropout. The Logisty platform requires the backup cell to be above approximately 3.5V to maintain programming through a power interruption. A cell installed less than 48 hours earlier may not have reached that level yet. Let the unit charge fully on mains, confirm no low-battery warning is present, then test by briefly interrupting mains power.

Frequently Asked Questions

My Logisty panel cleared the low battery warning for an hour after I fitted the new cell, then it came back — what's wrong?

Nothing is wrong with the cell. The Logisty BMS samples battery voltage periodically, and a freshly installed Li-Polymer cell that hasn't completed float charging will dip below the reporting threshold between samples. Leave the unit on mains power for a full 48 hours without triggering any zones. The warning should clear and stay clear once the cell reaches its stable float voltage of around 3.7V.

The siren didn't sound during my test cycle straight after replacing the battery on the L5131 — is the new cell too weak?

The cell capacity isn't the issue. The Logisty unit applies a 30–60 second stabilisation delay on a freshly installed cell before enabling siren output, which is a firmware-level protection against triggering on an unstabilised supply. Wait at least one minute after powering the unit back up, then run the test again. If the siren still doesn't fire after that delay, check that the panel cover is fully closed — an open tamper contact will also suppress siren output.

After swapping the BatLi11 cell, the Logisty panel is showing a tamper fault I've never seen before — how do I clear it?

This is almost always a cover or housing alignment issue. The tamper circuit on the Logisty units uses a physical contact that the enclosure lid depresses when fully closed — if the battery access cover isn't seated completely flush, the contact stays open and the panel logs a tamper fault. Remove the cover, reseat it firmly until you feel or hear it click, then check the panel display. The fault should clear within 30 seconds of the tamper contact closing.
