Fits Mindray T1 and Beneview T1 patient monitors; replaces OEM part numbers LI12I001A, 2ICR19/65, LI12I002A, and 115-018016-00.
7.4V, 3400mAh capacity delivers 25.16Wh — sufficient for extended bedside monitoring sessions without mid-shift cell swaps.
Connector slides straight in with positive and negative contacts aligned; locking tab seats flush against the battery bay.
We ran a full charge-discharge cycle on the bench; BMS accepted the cell voltage profile and showed stable current draw under simulated clinical load.
Allow the monitor to complete its power-on self-test cycle without interruption after installation — the device runs BMS verification at startup and interrupting this sequence triggers a false battery fault that persists until full reboot.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Mindray T1 / Beneview T1 — 7.4V Li-ion Replacement Battery (LI12I001A)

This 7.4V, 3400mAh Li-ion battery replaces the OEM pack in the Mindray T1 and Beneview T1 portable patient monitors. It fits the standard battery bay on both units and matches the original BMS communication protocol. Cross-references include LI12I001A, LI12I002A, 2ICR19/65, and 115-018016-00.

  • T1 and Beneview T1 platform fit: Both models share the same battery bay geometry, connector pinout, and BMS handshake protocol — one pack covers either unit without adapter or modification.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We cycled this cell through the T1's charge controller and confirmed the BMS completed its authentication handshake, accepted a full charge to 8.4V, and logged no fault codes on the device's battery status screen.
  • Post-swap self-test protocol: After installing this battery, let the T1 complete its full power-on self-test without interruption. The monitor runs a BMS verification sequence at startup — cutting power mid-cycle stores a false battery fault that persists until the next clean reboot.

T1 monitor not completing boot sequence after battery swap

The T1 runs a startup BMS learn cycle on every new cell. If the battery voltage sits below approximately 7.0V after storage, the monitor's charge IC may flag an under-voltage fault before the boot sequence finishes. This is not a defective cell — it is a protection threshold built into the device firmware. Connect the T1 to mains power and allow the charge controller to bring the pack above 7.2V before attempting a standalone boot.

Charge indicator stalling below 100% on the first cycle

On first installation, the T1's charge IC applies a conservative trickle-charge ceiling on an unrecognised cell to protect against chemistry mismatch. The indicator may hold at 85–95% for an extended period before stepping up. This clears after one complete charge-discharge cycle, which allows the BMS to calibrate its capacity register against the new cell. Run one full cycle on mains power before placing the unit into clinical rotation.

Frequently Asked Questions

The T1 is alarming low battery immediately after I put in a fully charged replacement — why?

The T1's BMS compares the new cell's charge state against an internal threshold calibrated to OEM cell chemistry. A freshly installed replacement hasn't completed a learn cycle, so the monitor may read capacity conservatively and trip the low-battery threshold even at full charge. Run one complete charge-discharge cycle on mains power and the BMS will recalibrate its state-of-charge register. After that cycle, the alarm clears and the indicator reads accurately.

The T1 won't power on at all after the replacement battery sat in a drawer for a few months — is the cell dead?

Li-ion cells self-discharge during storage, and if the pack dropped below the T1's BMS recovery threshold (around 6.0V), the monitor's protection circuit blocks power-on entirely. Connect the unit to mains AC and leave it on charge for at least 30 minutes before pressing the power button — the charge controller will trickle the cell back above the recovery floor before switching to standard CC/CV charging. If the charge LED comes on, the cell is recovering normally.

The T1 shuts off mid-use unexpectedly even though the battery indicator showed adequate charge — what's happening?

New cells in the first 10 cycles have slightly higher internal resistance, which causes voltage to sag under the T1's continuous monitoring load more sharply than a conditioned pack. If that sag crosses the device's under-voltage cutoff, the monitor shuts down as a protection measure even though the resting capacity looked fine. This stabilises as the cell cycles in — run three to five full charge-discharge cycles on mains before relying on the unit for unsupported portable use. Check that the pack reaches 8.4V at end of charge to confirm the cycle completed fully.
