Xiaomi's firmware includes a battery conservation mode that caps charging at 80% to reduce long-term cell stress — it is a software setting, not a hardware ceiling. Open Xiaomi's PC Manager application, navigate to battery settings, and disable conservation mode or battery protection. Once disabled, the next charge cycle will run to 100%.
