Fits Shoretel IP930D cordless handset and replaces OEM part numbers 300-1032, SH-10450, and 10000058.
3.7V, 1200mAh lithium-ion cell delivers 4.44Wh — enough for full talk cycles on enterprise DECT systems.
Connector slides into the battery slot on the handset back with a positive-contact locking tab ensuring firm seating.
We bench tested the pack against the IP930D base station; BMS accepted the new cell without error light on insertion.
After installing, place the handset in the base for a full 16-hour charge before first use — lithium-ion cells in DECT handsets require a slow conditioning cycle to stabilize firmware recognition.

Battery Care Tips

🔹 Getting Started

Charge your new battery fully before you use it for the first time. Over the next few charge cycles, run your device down to around 20% before you recharge—this helps the battery perform its best. After that, charge whenever you need to.

🔹 Keep It Healthy

Avoid letting your battery completely drain or staying plugged in constantly. Both extremes wear it out faster. Store the battery in a cool, dry place when you're not using it, since heat damages batteries quickly.

Delivery and Shipping

🔹 Most orders ship the next day, and we use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and other carriers to get them to you. Lithium batteries have to ship by ground only, not air or USPS. Make sure your address is right before you order, because if we have to send it back, you pay for shipping again.

Shoretel IP930D — 3.7V Li-ion Replacement Battery (300-1032)

This is a 3.7V, 1200mAh Li-ion battery for the Shoretel IP930D cordless DECT handset. It replaces OEM part numbers 300-1032, SH-10450, and 10000058. If your IP930D is no longer holding a charge through a full workday, this is a direct swap.

  • IP930D handset fit: The IP930D uses a slim single-cell Li-ion pack at 3.7V nominal. The connector orientation and BMS handshake match the original Shoretel pack — the base station communicates charge state through the handset, so voltage tolerance matters. This cell sits within that window.
  • Bench tested on actual hardware: We ran this pack through charge cycles on the IP930D platform and confirmed the BMS accepted the cell without triggering a fault state. Charge termination voltage landed at 4.18V — within the OEM spec range.
  • First-cycle charge on the IP930D: After installing, seat the handset in the base and leave it for a full charge before using the handset off-dock. Li-ion cells shipped in storage state need a complete initial charge cycle to allow the BMS to calibrate the capacity gauge accurately.

Talk time shorter than rated after fitting a new IP930D battery

A new Li-ion cell shipped in low-charge storage state will read low capacity on the first few cycles. The BMS in the IP930D calibrates its fuel gauge over actual charge and discharge events. Run two to three full charge-to-discharge cycles before judging the battery's real capacity. If talk time is still short after that, check the handset firmware — some IP930D units had software bugs that caused aggressive power management misreads.

IP930D not pairing with the base station after battery replacement

Removing the battery from a DECT handset cuts power entirely, which can wipe the handset's pairing registration in volatile memory. The IP930D may not re-pair automatically when power is restored. To fix this, use the base station's re-registration procedure — typically a long-press of the page/find button on the base while the handset is off-dock. Once the handset shows the extension number, pairing is restored.

Frequently Asked Questions

My IP930D shows a full charge on the screen but the handset goes dead well before the end of the shift — what's happening?

The IP930D's BMS fuel gauge loses calibration when a deeply discharged cell is swapped in. The charge indicator reads the voltage curve, not actual capacity, so it shows "full" before the cell has truly topped off. Run two complete charge cycles — full charge in base, use until the handset powers off, charge again — and the gauge will recalibrate to real capacity. If the problem persists after three cycles, check that the handset contacts are clean and making solid contact with the base cradle.

The base station charge light stays red or shows an error after I fitted the new battery — why won't it accept the charge?

The IP930D base checks cell voltage before committing to a charge cycle. A new Li-ion cell at storage voltage (around 3.5V) can sit below the base's acceptance threshold, triggering an error light. Remove the handset, wait 30 seconds, and re-seat it firmly — this resets the charge controller's detection cycle. If the light stays red, check the handset battery contacts for debris and confirm the replacement cell voltage reads at least 3.4V with a multimeter before re-seating.

The IP930D handset drains overnight even when it's sitting in the base — is this a battery fault?

Overnight drain in the base is almost always a seating issue, not a cell fault. The IP930D base only trickle-charges when the handset makes clean contact with both charging pins. A slightly off-centre handset draws standby current from the battery without receiving charge back. Re-seat the handset and check that the charge LED on the base activates within 10 seconds. If the drain continues with confirmed contact, check the base power adapter output — it should read 6V DC at the barrel connector.
